This is one of the worst Popeyes around.
Fries are always cold, employees are dismissive every visit. They forget apple pies every time. You ask for 5 tenders? You’re getting three. The order accuracy is insanely poor.
I’ve never had a good experience or here and I have nothing good to say. I’d rather see automated ordering and preparation. These folks do not deserve the job.

Finally! A location that gets the spicy chicken right! Although the location wasn’t very busy, it seemed like the service was a little slow, but kind. I appreciate the fact that they give the spicy recipe correct on regular chicken and not just the mini wings. I’ve been to several different locations in the West Valley and so far this one has gotten it correct. Keep up the great work in the kitchen!

Atrocious wait time. I put in an online order, got there 25 minutes later and my food was supposed to be ready already. Then they tell me its going to be another 10 minutes, then they tell me 20 minutes later theyre still working on it, then 10 minutes later they want to tell me they forgot a part of the order and that it was going to be another 15 minutes, which turned into 20 minutes. They gave extra chicken to compensate, but no one should have to wait that long for some fried chicken, and the worst part was that people in the drive thru and other people ordering inside ordered after me, and were getting their orders before me. Insanely long wait time, there seemed to be a miscommunication between the kitchen and other workers, so I don’t know who is to blame. I would say try your luck at another chicken place or different popeyes

Both self-serve drink fountain machines were broken, featuring unresponsive touchscreens and numerous “unavailable” options, including staple drinks like Diet Coke and Coke Zero.
A constant, distracting beeping noise pervaded the restaurant.
Service & Staffing: The restaurant appears severely understaffed.
The employee taking our order was ineffective at communication. His voice was too soft and drowned out by the restaurant’s background noise and music, making it impossible to hear or understand him.

Just went through the drive through. They are out of pretty much every drink which is whatever, but we finish our order pull up and they hand me my food, and they got the order wrong. Not only that but they tried to smush all my food in one bag. I have to get their attention because they are t even looking at me, so I tell them, this isnt what I ordered. So they take the food back and fix the order. Awesome. It happens. I get my correct order, and drive home. Once we get there we start eating only to find a price of paper in the chicken sandwich. I’m assuming it’s the paper they use to separate the cheese. Make sure you check your food because they obviously aren’t.

Called the 1860 Pepple Creek location. “Alba” answered the phone and was so unprofessional, didn’t greet me, just said @hiw can I help you?” I had to ask who I was speaking to twice, before she would tell me; then when I told her what I was calling for she said, “I’ll let them know.” Ugh!! Where’s the customer service??? The food is great, however, I will stop spending my money at this location if they can’t get their employees in order. If you don’t want to work, don’t apply for the job.

I’ve been wanting to eat at Popeye’s ever since they have been here. Got the chance this week with my boy. The food was ok. The chicken was spicy like I like but I was disappointed in the lack of flavor in the chicken. Frys were good. Service was as expected but overall, a mediocre lunch time experience.
