Just got home from work and I stopped by this Cookout for the 2 CORN DOG Jr tray and double order of cheese bites… Got home 30 minutes away from the restaurant, and opened the tray to find chicken tenders! I wanted corn dogs, and the ticket is right, but someone didn’t do that one job… YOU HAD 1 JOB! Do better, Cookout ♀️

Sat and watched my food sit there for 5 minutes while the girl was who knows where. She came up and lied, “Totally didn’t forget about you”
My order was wrong. I got a single instead of a double, two beef quesadillas instead of one chicken one beef and they did not have the sauce on them. But hey, at least this one gave me napkins.

The food is always good. I mainly go for drinks, just STOP giving me overflowing sodas. I just went and got a very small 3 item order. One of those items being a large cheerwine. I received the drink first and it was overflowing from the top quite a bit. I tried to clean it up without feeling rushed but how can you not feel rushed with a line of cars behind you? So I ended up with sticky hands, steering wheel, and cup. I appreciate the man at the window throwing away the napkins I used to clean it up (they were soaked and I had nowhere to put them without making more sticky). But I shouldn’t have to drive home sticky and uncomfortable just for food. Please fix the issue before handing it out the window.

French fries were not cooked all the way they felt like a raw potato. Asked for mayo ketchup and pickles on my burger and they left off the pickles and gave me lettuce instead!!! Best part was the corn dog lol

Fast food isn’t healthy, but this is downright disgusting.
I have called them to complain about his issue once before, but apparently they are too cheap for the extra sheet of foil OR they are just lazy.

Placed my order for 2 hotdogs tray.
Young Man at the window had a horrible attitude. It wasn’t busy when I arrived at the Cookout.
My cup of cheddar cheese wasn’t in the bag. I had to stop turn around go back and get it. Young man asked for my ticket on my bag. He didn’t even give me a receipt for my order. He snatched the ticket and handed me the cup of cheese sauce. Nasty attitude and customer service.I believe in great customer service I do however write reviews.

I usually do not take the time to write reviews but I’ve been going to cookout since they opened and never seen the portions the way they are now. We got big double burger trays and the patties are so small it looks like one patty cut in half. The chili cheese fries were literally cheese and chili fries as they were separated and they barely had any on them. The chicken quesadilla was so burnt we had to just give our son the inside. Seems to me they are trying to cut costs and raise prices.

I am not one to write a bad review and I have never had a problem with this cookout location before but tonight was a different story. I pull up to drive through and start ordering. First order went fine but then it came to my personal order. I get a double chicken quesadilla tray with DOUBLE cheese bites. I did ask for extra cheese bites which I then got laughed at through the speaker and got told they don’t do that. (I am fine with them not doing extra bites it’s the fact that I was laughed at for asking that threw me off.) everything else went fine but when I got home and opened my box there was only a handful of bites. ( a literal handful. The picture is exactly how many I got.) once again I usually don’t mind things like this but this is a little ridiculous. Just do better.

I have been coming to this cookout for years. Since a few weeks ago, I guess they decided to cut the size of the big double burger patty in half. I pulled the burger apart and saw the size of the two patties, and put it together so I wouldn’t have a inch of just bun it made the burger Into what it should be called the little single burger. It’s just a shame your customers should be more important to you then this your ripping all the customers off. I don’t seem like this is a fluke. The service is pretty much fine all the time. The wait everyone knows that cookout gets packed and it takes a minute to get through I’m fine with that. But didn’t you give me a burger like this a mcdouble was way bigger. It’s was just bad.

Shout-out to the crew working August 28th 2025 around 11:15. Homie running the window gave impeccable service and they also loaded me up big time on cheddar bites. Hands down the best looking burger I’ve had from cookout. Tasted great as usual.
