Ask for blackened tenders, not on menu but the best thing they have!! Kids loved Mac and cheese! Best staff, they take great care of us! My husband loves apple pie here.

I wanted to give this location 5 stars, but the last 3 times they have let me down! They did not provide me with accurate food items, you can’t really hear the individual as the location is tough with car noise, and they practically throw the food at you. I went yesterday and they gave me the wrong chicken and I paid for the 14 pieces, they gave us small sizes, the fries were soggy and cold and pretty much inedible. I tried to call but no one answers their phone. My previous experience, they left out a chicken sandwich and a fry, and just really were rude to me as I had to drive all the way back after I had gotten home!! I get it happens, but I am kind to people when this happens, but I was met with completely rudeness. I spend more than 50 dollars each time as I have a bigger family, but I am not sure I will be going to this location again!

Did a drive through. Chicken was not so great compared to other outlets. Staff was great. Love their sweet heat sauce and staff was quite generous in giving me the dip sauce. For the fried chicken wise, I won’t visit this outlet again probably

I ordered the shrimp box for dinner along with my wife’s chicken sandwich. There was pink in her sandwich and my popcorn shrimp was so skimpy. I had a total of 12 pieces maybe 10. It looked liked no one took the time to measure out the serving at all. I literally ate the whole thing in a couple of bites. I spent a total with the two meals and a pie 20 bucks. I want my money back. This is ridiculous. Your people need to be trained how to cook the food and the proper portions. I got ripped off.

We normally enjoy Popeyes, but this restaurant has some issues that really need to be addressed. The food was cold and tasted like it had been sitting out for some time. The bread on our sandwiches was hard near the edges, not soft like we’re used to. This seems to be a problem with this location in particular. The soda machine is also very finicky and probably needs to be cleaned. The soda itself was more carbonated water than syrup making it very off putting. I can’t recommend this location.

This is by far the worst customer service experience of my life. This place was a place I can go to no questions asked. Was my favorite place but never again. If I could give NO STARS I would. I came is this evening to get last minute dinner and instead of “how can I help you” I got ”what do you want” I told him my order which was an order of 3 five piece tenders combo large with all Cajun fries and two sprite and one coke. I got to the window and was rudely told 40.39 gave me a payment. Then rudely given my drink and I ask for a drink holder nicely was ignored four times and so I ask the lady in the back to give me a drink holder. But the rude guy at the window came back gave me my drink holder and slammed the door in my face. I wanted a refund immediately but they never answered the door again and I was already in a rush and was not gonna have argue with the person and everyone (other coworkers and manager) just watched and did nothing I didn’t raise my voice once. I stayed calm and to come home to this. This is unacceptable in the customer service industry no I have work so I know there are bad days but this. I will never come back to this place again. The fact that I should go back and get a refund is totally ridiculous but karma is much worst. DONT COME HERE EVER!!!!!!! Don’t even start with biscuit thrown in the bag either.

Coming from someone who has worked fast food and drive thru…. Every single worker there doesn’t know what they are doing, the entire time I was putting in my order they were rushing me as if they had better things to do, after ordering I pull up to the window and they literally had no idea what my order was, so I had to repeat my entire order to them, come to find out they added more onto my order that I didn’t ask for and luckily caught it before paying, I dealt with 3 different ladies that had no idea what was going on and were all very rude for no reason, i don’t suggest coming to the Midvale location to anyone! Y’all need to hire better workers and train everyone correctly, this was horrible service from all ends.

Waited 15 minutes before they even took our order, then we were missing fries, a drink, and sauce. When we told her we were missing those things, she gave us fries and sauce, then swore at us and closed the window. We never got our drink but since we had waited so long we couldn’t go in and get it.

Love Popeyes ❤️ Fast, delicious, good service and nice stuff. The restaurant itself is not crowded and very clean. Food was ready for us in 7-10 minutes. The price of the meal is about 10$ per person. This place has a military discount.
