I ordered 3pc bone-in chicken combo and a sandwich meal. When I got to the drive thru window, after paying, I looked at my receipt and it shows 3pc tender. So I told the guy that I didnt order tenders but the bone-in chicken. He said that’s the same thing. I said no. He did change the chicken to bone-in, but when he gave me my drink, I said I ordered rootbeer. He is like, that is rootbeer ! But why it is clear? His response: “I have no idea”. And I said I dont think it is rootbeer, then he said “I bet if u drink it, it tastes rootbeer.” Just dissappointed with how rude the guy at the drive thru. This happened today Jan.25,2026 at 1:15pm. (I tried the soda and it taste like water only).

Really? Ordered a 12p tender bundle. Asked for Mash Potatoes and Gravy, never was told they (assuming) didn’t have any. Substituted with something else. Also, how do you not know that the bundle comes with four drinks?

Very disappointed with this Popeyes. The chicken was old, cold, pink, and super greasy and this is not the first time — it looked like it had been sitting there for hours. I opened a case through the app, but no one seems to care. Terrible service and food quality. I won’t be ordering from here again.

Drive through experience was a disaster. I ordered a large spicy chicken sandwich meal with fries and a Coke, a large ghost pepper chicken sandwhich meal with fries and a Coke Zero and two strawberry cheesecake pies. None of the workers spoke English well enough to be taking orders and what would normally take 5 minutes took 15. They proceeded to give me a regular chicken sandwich instead of a spicy one, they gave me a bacon and cheese sandwich instead of the ghost pepper sandwich, they gave me one of my drinks as a medium and both drinks were filled to the brim with ice leaving very little of my drink, and both of my pies were peach instead of the strawberry cheesecake pies. I’ve never had a worse experience ordering food and they completely ruined my order.

The worst store I’ve ever been in! Me my husband and son went out to get food and they didn’t even acknowledge us at all. Didn’t look at us, tell us to hold on, say hello nothing. We were at the counter for over 10 minutes yes 10 minutes and not one employee talked to us or even looked at us even though we were right there. They just kept talking Spanish to them selves and standing there. Mind you we were not the only ones waiting at the counter or in line.there we’re other guest there waiting before we came in and said they’ve been waiting forever and they haven’t even been spoken too. Unacceptable. I will never and I mean ever go to that store again. Rude. Do better!!! This was yesterday Feb 28, 2026 around 4ish

The food was standard Popeyes chicken good, no complaints about the food at all, but it was very difficult to order due to the employees’ extremely low grasp of English. Trying to order three, three-piece chickens strips was quite an ordeal, and I ended up using Google translate to get them to understand what I wanted. At that point I had three employees up at the counter trying to figure it out. Then I had to explain that honey mustard is not Mardi gras mustard. It was pretty frustrating.

people not been lying. Congratulations this is the worst place I’ve ever been in my entire life. I ordered 5 chicken tenders in a menu with fries and a coke + strawberry pie to go. The chicken tasted hard, old and dry. The fries tasted like they got fried in 50 years old rancid oil. I didn’t ate them because this is a big food safety concern!!! The Biscuit was hard, dry and cold too. On top of everything I got a Dr.Pepper instead of a coke what I also had to dump because I can’t stand Dr Pepper. and my Strawberry Pie was also a Apple Pie. I’m not exaggerating my whole Order was just Trash and I’m really pissed. According to other reviews they said they gonna change something but they didn’t change anything. I should really book the money back from my account for this impudence!

Did order on app, was easy and discounted as well. Order was correct and even had a few extra chicken tenders in the box. Staff was very friendly even tho busy. Chicken was very fresh and tasted great. Sides where nice and fresh.
