I’ve used meal prepping services before with mixed outcomes… in all of my prior experiences I had to sacrifice something (ie it was high in protein, but poor taste or great taste, but high caloric value). As each weeks shipment arrives I’m floored at the amazing taste and the perfectly formulated macros for each meal. I run a business, run a non profit, single parent and still maintain single digit body fat, so the convenience of these meals is of the most value for me in addition to giving me the fuel I need to thrive with a fully optimized lifestyle. Been using nutrition solutions for awhile now. 100% they are the best tasting meal prep I have had so far. Of course it’s a little pricey compared to other vendors but you definitely get what you ask for and amazing quality. I have no complaints and genuinely like eating the meals. I’m not much of a sweets guy either but those protein donuts go crazy!

These meals are really good! I would say top tier in terms of quality, flavors and packaging. They come vacuum sealed which I think prolongs the food life. The venison meals are definitely one of my favorites, there are only a few that I would pass on mainly due to not being into Asian style flavors. The Breakfast meals are amazing and I wish I had a few more in my plan. I really enjoy the Clean Cheatz donuts, they taste great with their own protein ingredients, but don’t expect them to taste exactly like a bakery donut, but they are yummy.
Pros are: Very fresh food, high quality ingredients, recipes, spectacular flavors and vacuum sealed, nothing low quality or average. Really great food overall!
Cons: Cost can be a factor, high quality is not cheap! You get whatever they are making for the menu that week, but for some this is a pro and you get to try everything. Ingredients list for some things seems like there’s got to be more to them than is listed, for example Clean Cheatz donuts ingredients list is very basic, yet doesn’t seem to include all of the toppings/food coloring that you can clearly see on there, so if you have some severe food allergies like my wife does, beware. Macros for meals are very basic, you get the essentials on the package, but nothing available on the website. Full transparency on ingredients list and more details on the website would be extremely helpful for family members with food allergies and just for overall good to know for every person that eats the meals

First and most importantly — the food is outstanding. The quality is consistent, the portions are spot on, and the meals actually taste great. The flavors are balanced, the ingredients taste fresh, and I never feel like I’m forcing myself to eat something just because it fits my macros.

Seriously the best meal prep service I’ve ever used – and I’ve tried 3 online and one local. The food is delicious – simple ingredients, good quality meats (antibiotic free chicken, grass fed beef etc!) – did I mention they were really good?! Like seriously most of the time they sre hit and miss. I took a chance on these from an instagram ad and so glad I did. Managing meal prep consistently has always been challenging and THE obstacle to my fitness goals. Business owner, father of four, two dogs, and beautiful wife keeps me busy busy busy. Worth every penny.
