I came for comfort food and left feeling like I’d just been scammed by a fast food magician who made my expectations disappear. The taste? Bland and rubbery with the texture of microwaved plastic. If this is “Louisiana Kitchen,” then I want to speak to the chef and possibly the health inspector.
Do better, Popeyes. This ain’t it.
Edit: Changing to 1 star. Several times, including today, I have ordered a combo meal and not gotten my biscuit. I’m always in a hurry so I don’t have time to check my meal to make sure I have everything. This is unacceptable and needs to be fixed.
