This authentic French cuisine is done extremely well. If you come at a busy hour, your wait is still not bad. Atmosphere is lovely close your eyes and you’re sitting in a French café complete al fresco dining on their patio.

I’m honestly not sure why this restaurant is so popular. The food itself is good — I’d rate the food an 8/10 — and they do offer a nice selection of café-style items.
However, the customer service is extremely disappointing. It feels like you have to go out of your way just to get basic attention, which shouldn’t be the case. Service should be proactive, welcoming, and attentive — not something customers have to request.
Unfortunately, the lack of service really takes away from the overall experience. If the customer service improved, this place could easily live up to its popularity. I have to force myself to walk into this restaurant…

The selection of food here is truly outstanding, offering a variety of mouthwatering choices and bakery items that cater to every taste. I was particularly impressed with the service— the staff is exceptionally polite, warm, and attentive. They go above and beyond to accommodate any special requests. I enjoyed the avocado toast, which was perfectly made, with refreshing fresh juices. Overall, it was a delightful experience that I would definitely recommend.

I have come to LuBlu several times for a brunch with friends. They have a good selection of breakfast items. I tend to go for the sweeter things and I have always liked their crepes. They do tend to make better hot drinks than they do iced, just to keep that in mind. Their staff is extremely friendly and attentive.

I can only speak about their pastries since that is what I had. No idea about actual food. The almond croissant was really good and the three cookies (two black and white “shark” and a large strawberry jelly heart cookie) were exceptional. Service was quick and the ambiance is nice. Huge selection, hard to pick one thing over the other. Loved it.

A great place to get a nice soup and sandwich combo. My server Mel was very kind and attentive. The service was a bit slow, but understandably so – it was only her taking care of all the tables (full house). I will definitely come back to try their almond croissants and other French pastries.

The server was the worst.
I waited to go back there and see if next time he could give us a best service, but nope!
Third time this guy’s my server and his service is always bad. Grumpy, unfriendly… I’m very disappointed.
My advice: Please train your staff and keep the seevice in the same standard of the food.

I did not have the opportunity to sample their food today. I arrived at the bakery at approximately 3:50 PM, and it appeared that a male staff member gestured to the cashier, indicating that they should not serve my wife and me. We had simply intended to purchase a snack, but we will not be returning. We found this to be a very unsatisfactory way to treat customers.

My first time here for breakfast and I will be coming back. The service was good, atmosphere was nice & food was great! Prices and portions are very reasonable. I enjoyed their iced latte and the menu had lots to choose from.
