Old chicken from yesterday, should’ve been binned.
But they warm it up, serve it dark as coal, dry as bark. Happened plenty times now – check your bag before you leave.

the baddest popeyes location i ever see, i ordered a chicken sandwich meal (include pickle, mayo, fried & drink) but when i pick up they just give me a sandwich, no drink or fried, i have to show them a receipt order to get the drink & fried.
then i get home & open the sandwich, its terrible, the chiken is old & and dry, no pickle, no mayo, only chicken & cheese inside. i had to pay around 13$ for that terrible meal.

The Latina baddie who works here said if I write a review she’d give me a free side or dessert. However, that’s not the only reason I am writing this. I eat here occasionally with my family and the chicken always comes out crispy and tender. My brother says the mac and cheese is the best he’s ever had too, so there’s that.

Have ordered twice to go through the drive through. First time 2 cars ahead of me and it took 10 minutes. Second time 3 cars ahead of me took 15 minutes. Food is not bad but service is so slow. Pretty sure they are always understaffed and being run by 1-2 people.

This was the weirdest visit to a Popeyes ever.
The food we ordered inside was standard Popeyes but then we decided to order one of their new featured items to take home.
We got the hot wings tailgate special for 25.00 and wow was it off!
As you can see from the pics one of the sauces was dribbled across the wings. Another was this solid caked on mass that was sandy in texture. They put enough on the wings that you could literally knock them against a table and it would just disintegrate.
Not something I would ever recommend. Well, unless I really wanted to pull a prank on somebody.

The staff was helpful and polite had 8 pieces with tenders and extra biscuits. Was 1:30 on Sunday. got home and the chicken was dry like it had been under the lights too long. The tenders had bones in one piece and two of them are the size of a pencil with an inch breading around them. The biscuits were dry dry.! Just not the Popeyes I experienced in the south they just don’t have it down how to cook. The chicken was kept too long under the lights was dry and greasy.

My son wanted to quick snack after getting out of school and I wanted apple pies from here cause they’re awesome by the way. Very nice girl in the drive-through that’s what we were looking for and we’re happy. Good experience!

Ordered a 5 piece original with two fries and 2 biscuits. Asked for dark meat. Ended up with one order of cold French fries, one biscuit, and what looks to be not fully cooked spicy. They also had me wait 10 minutes for fresh chicken. Apparently, this wasn’t from that batch. Please be sure to check your food before leaving the location.

First off, I have never written a review for any fastfood. Figured that’s a waste of time. I just have to for this place because it’s the worst service I’ve ever seen. They are always extremely slow here and terrible at their job. Last time I was here (inside building) there were only two people in line in front of me and I stood there for 40 minutes before she took my order and then another 30 minutes before it was served to me. Then, when it finally was served the chicken was hard and bad. I’ve eaten here 4 or 5 times in the last 6 months. This time I pulled into the drive-through with only one car in the line in front of me. She told me to wait immediately. I waited 5 minutes before she even began to take my order. By that time the other car was pulling away that was in front of me, as she began mine. (It wasn’t busy at all). This time the chicken was okay, but the macaroni side it came with was all watery and disgusting. The cheese in it had a weird texture and looked like a sponge (see my picture), and it tasted terrible. I didn’t finish it and lost money on the dish. They only filled up the Macaroni bowl about 1/2 full. I basically didn’t get any, and it looks like it’s the bottom of a pan. The service here is terrible. I would prefer never to come back here again but I was really hungry and enjoy Popeyes at most other places in Colorado.

I don’t usually leave bad reviews but I am so fed up with this branch. They forgot my side order and the chicken is not cooked through. It happened to me several times. Please check your orders EVERY SINGLE TIME. Staff just doesn’t care. They consistently get my orders wrong. Wish management would do something.
