I am so sick of ordering from this location and Popeyes in general!! GIVE ME THE CORRECT PIECES OF CHICKEN!! If I wanted wings and breasts, I would’ve said it. I asked for 3 legs and a thigh and IT SAYS THAT ON MY RECEIPT!! WHY AM I GETTING THE WRONG PIECES??? I am fine with waiting. Give me the correct pieces!! At least Churchs listens. Not coming back.

Ordered online, upgraded my order to 3 spicy breasts. Went through the drive through and took my food to the office. When I opened my box I discovered 1 Breast and 2 thighs. I paid for the extra charge for the upgrade.
I don’t eat dark meat. The breast has raw batter when you bite in and the chicken was tough and undercooked. I will never come to this location again.

Asked for spicy tenders and got regular and asked for honey for my biscuits and didn’t get anything besides ranch. Then tried to call the store to try and fix the problem and no one answered the phone. Over all experience was pretty bad.

I ordered delivery and my order was stolen by a dasher the first time . But I tried calling the store multiple times no answer . My food was cold and everytime you try to get help Thur the app nothing happens. It’s sad Popeyes you gotta do better

Mmmm every one loves cold chicken batter and fat. Rude customer service, no greeting and the girl at the counter was more occupied talking to her coworker than to me. Wasn’t asked spicy or mild ( wanted spicy, was given mild) biscuit was cold and hard. Didn’t even eat half of it because it was disgusting gristle pieces and more batter than anything. Won’t return this is my second time trying this location and won’t ever come back.

The ice machine isn’t working. Only reason why I know is because I asked for ice in my soda after getting it with no ice.
