So I tried the chicken dippers and they were good but they charged me 6.99 which I didn’t pay attention the 1st time I got them. But they were good so I came back to get another but this time I was paying attention and when I said that the price is saying 3.99 the manager said they are 6.99 I told her the sign behind you is saying 3.99 u have to give them to me for the price you r she said it was wrong and it’s ringing up as 6.99 I told her regardless u have to goive them for the advertise price she refused and just decided not to serve me. Very disappointed

Came through drive through and instead of a nice service they hand my husband food without acknowledging him and just close the window. We waited because we wanted ketchup. Second Lady came I asked for ketchup- she place it in the bag and as I was about to say something she didn’t say have a good night just walked away. Rude. It was 2 ladies in the front and it’s 7.38pm. First teach them about good customer service. Also put a smile and greet your customers, end of day it’s what you’re getting paid for.

This whole store is pretty new, so it makes sense this place would be clean. Heck, it would been a surprise if it WERE dirty.
But, sadly, that is the only thing worth singing here. While the food was below expectations, with the mayo and the pickles of my meal oozing out of one side but not evenly placed, the service was dismissable and uncaring. Give them an extra 5 minutes and they’d likely forvet you even ordered a meal.

My order was totally wrong. I asked for mashed potatoes with extra gravy. The gravy looked like it had grease in. It took the food home and the chicken was cold. I called to talk to a manager. She asked me to hold on and started talking in Spanish and hung up on me. Will never go there again and the manager is a joke. ..

Started reading the reviews as we sat down to wait for our food and got a little nervous. They were out of spicy chicken strips so we said we would wait for them to make more. It took an extra 25 minutes which was fine. We were not in a hurry.

First off why does it take someone 5 mins to take my order thru drive thru? No customer service skills at all. The correct way to take a order is ” thank you for choosing Popeyes, what can I get started for you today?” Ask the customer what they would like with their combo. Give them the choices of sides and also ask what they would like to drink with their combo!! Listen to the customer’s order clearly so you have no mess ups. The wings were burnt SMH. I guess I’ll stick to the chicken because the wings are not the greatest. Also out of the 5 to 6 team members why is it taking so long to take a customer’s order. Very dissatisfied with everything. Maybe it was the location but still if you’re going to eat here PLEASE stick to the chicken.
