When I First move to Alabama over a year ago this used to be my favorite place to eat. Even though they don’t allow you to watch them to fix your food. But today when I went to order as I was sitting now waiting on my food, I seen two big rats run from the kitchen towards the front counter where the cash register is and disappeared. When I told the Asian lady about it, she tried to make me feel like I was a liar. But I know what I seen with my own eyes. I would never step foot in that building again. And I advise you all to find somewhere else to eat. If you can’t see your food being prepared there’s no reason to enter the building because there’s something suspicious about that.. There are customer service is terrible. The young black kids that work there are very nice and friendly, but the Asian lady is very nasty and rude.

I Would have gave 5 stars for all. On the day I vist the restaurant 02-12-26 it was my first time there. didn’t get to taste the food cause never got my order. I can understand we all forget sometimes. There were three customers that got their order before us. The last customer order about the same but more then us. Still we haven’t got order. I am certified in all food categories. can tell didn’t take long to cook fish and french fries also wings. And thought it would be, it could experience for my first time. But it did turn out that way. Also I apologize hi, my friend hendle thee situation. But customer service is customer service any fast food or other services. you don’t make excuses why food not ready just make it right. To ensure the highest customer service is uphold and the customer is happy.

Found this hidden gem today in Dothan AL, and enjoyed a FANTASTIC experience here! Service was fast and food is cooked fresh to order. The wings were DELICIOUS! Fried to a golden brown with a wonderful crisp, then bathed in a generous helping of your choice of sauce, accompanied with either fried rice or french fries. Very good and VERY affordable, I definitely recommend a visit for some great tasty wings.

Kens tarter sauce, so don’t expect a homemade tarter, extra sauces are .55 extra. Yum yum sauce was too sweet. Fish was very fishy, maybe borderline getting old but not too old to use, batter was not flavorful, chicken was overcooked and again batter wasn’t flavorful. Fries were cooked perfectly. Fried rice was the best thing my husband said. Would we go back? Nah. Wingstop IS COMING TO TOWN so we know they have good chicken and goldfingers ofc.

my order was wrong i asked for all flats and lemon pepper wet but got drums and flats and drums and lemon pepper dry. she would’ve heard me if she wasn’t talking to someone else about a dude while taking my order. also, they put honey mustard in first then tried to cover it with the hot sauce on my other half of wings. i’m allergic to honey. this place has gone down.
