We absolutely love their signature chicken sandwich, but go to another place like the one in Midland or in Weatherford. I love my town but I’m disappointed with this. Every time we go it is disgusting inside. Imagine what it looks like behind the counter. Flies are always crawling on everything and everywhere. You want me to remove this and put a good review step your game up call me and I will go back out and redo it. Not to mention I paid $2 for the strawberry biscuit look at the comparison. I attached a picture of both.

Well, THAT was one of the nastiest Popeyes meals I’ve had in a long, long time. I ordered the blackened chicken, and it came just drenched in oil. The beans and rice didn’t taste very good, either. and what happened to biscuits? the suck at every Popeyes. bad, bad, bad.

Worst experience ever! First, the workers wouldn’t attend to anyone, even though it was 9:02 p.m. If I’m not mistaken, it closes at 10. Lots of families were coming in and out trying to purchase food, and employees were just mopping and brooming like y’all ain’t close yet. Well, anyway, I brought chicken and tenders because that’s all they had; the food was cold, stale, and disgustingly raw. The employee was really rude and racist towards my family. Popeyes, you can do better than that. NEVER COMING BACK!

We so looked forward to this place opening having been big Popeye fans in the past in TX. We were solely disappointed after giving them 2 chances. Portions were smaller, prices were higher, old favorites are off the menu and our order was wrong both times. I have to get a real spicy piece of chicken and we are not sure we will give them a third chance. Very disappointing.

I ordered 3 piece tenders, ghost pepper wings and spicy chicken sandwich for take out. All the chicken was dried out and tasted old, the tenders were small pieces. Biscut was dried out and Cole slaw had no taste. The restaurant was dirty and the soda machine had slime in the bottom of it. Couldn’t eat the meal. This place is disgusting.

They took for ever to take the order and more than an hour to give us our food. Couldn’t leave cause we had already payed . The staff was completely careless and slow . Worst service I’ve ever experienced.

Evertime it’s something, last time they forget my strawberry biscuit this time they don’t have any ice but still charge you for drink. And they wait 5 minutes to tell the cook to drop ur strips or shrimp.

Once again I don’t understand why people come to work in customer service if they hate their job. Cook in the back has the worst attitude I’ve ever heard out loud, doesn’t care that people can hear him he is actually walking around and giving me the dirty looks because I’m sitting down waiting for them to open. Management DO BETTER!! Give someone a job that actually wants to work this is very disturbing. Daryl needs to go home
