I ordered a simple sandwich. It took them 12 minutes to get my order out. They had me waiting in the drive thru with another car. I got off to see what was taking so long. The restaurant was completely empty. The only response I could get was an offer to refund my money. The manager was very rude. My advice to everyone is to find another chicken place to eat at. It’s not worth it to eat here!!!

So I walk in to get an Uber order (I’m an Uber driver) and they don’t have what my order calls for. The whole ordeal was a mess BUT Brandon and the cook in the back (who came in on his day off after two people quit during there shift!) saved the whole experience for me.

Couldn’t find my online order, then told me to pull up and they would bring out my food and sauces. Only brought my food. I had to walk in and get my sauces. Then got home and my 3pc white meat meal was 1 one breast and 2 small wings. Don’t go here.

I don’t know why I came back. I have tried coming here in the middle of the weekday before and they had the door locked …employees were inside drive through was working but couldn’t get in ..no sign or anything. …my kids wanted it so we came back.. there were two customers waiting for there food and maybe one or two in the drive through ..so not busy. We stood at the counter for 10 minutes (not saying that as a figure of speech) before we were helped. During that time both the other customers got there food, and both were incorrect unfortunately this is not the only popeyes with this type of service it seems to be a company wide trend…not sure the solution but I know it’s not normal

I ordered online 20 minutes before I arrived and went inside to get the food but there was no one at the register for over 10 minutes. Finally when I told them I was picking up the order the food wasn’t ready and they packaged the food Infront of me and some how the food was cold even though I ate it right when I got it. The sandwich was cold and the fried too. Worst Popeyes experience

Food is good but the service is poor and you will definitely wait a while for your food as well even if there’s nobody in line, the lobby is also closed and never open. I placed an order ahead of time because every time it was so slow I figured it would be the easiest. I arrived 2 minutes after it was supposed to be ready and to No Surprise it was not. Waited literally 25 minutes for them to bring it out. Do not recommend this place and recommend driving to the next town over.

Worse Popeyes I’ve ever visited. My fish sandwich was burnt as if cooked twice. No straw with drink , no napkins, no plastic ware, no dips, didn’t offer TV specials. I should’ve read the reviews before going or taken the hint when no cars were in parking lot or drive thru. Stay away from this place!

Arrived at 9:40, to go line was blocked and front doors were locked. I have been in the business for over 30 years, your hours are your hours. If you close at 10 you serve till 10, I will never visit this location, and I never visit businesses that do not honor customer service, good luck.
