Food is always great. Staff is always friendly.
However, every.single.time…
– I have to repeat my order 3 times at the box, which they repeat correctly back.
– Then verify my order at the window because they ‘weren’t sure about something’
– Receive my order, they confirm it’s good to go.
– Get home.. I’m missing something or my order was wrong.
– No napkins, no sporks, no sauce. Just a bag of wrong.

Not entirely awful. Only their drive thru is open, no take out option. The best I was offered was “You can come to the front door & we’ll take your order there.”

Its predictable. That’s the best I can say. The menu does at this one does not show the full menu and feels a bit run down. The drive through was closed. The chicken sandwich that we received was still pink in the middle…so there’s that. Overall experience not great.

Seems like the drive through is only open when they feel like it which makes it a super inconvenient location to go get food at. There is always a massive line inside because of this. You’re better off going to a different Popeyes if you need something quick.

Worst Popeyes ever! And clearly not trained for an influx of customers due to a chicken sandwich! How do you run out of ketchup? Additionally the next day y’all aren’t even prepared to have enough fries?! Everyone on base has a timed lunch and we surely don’t have time to wait 30 minutes because the employees are slow, lazy and can’t handle a lot of customers at one time! Hire a new team!

This place is very forgettable. I feel bad for the airman that have to go to this place. The food took a while to get and while I was waiting for my food I notice 3 separate people come back to the counter saying they were shorted of their chicken tenders. One of the employees told them oh we are waiting for them to cook, so you short some one?

Food was decent but service was very slow. Went through the drive thru and took forever. When ordering the attendant kept asking me if I was done order. I had four different meals to order and got very annoying after each one being asked if I was finished. Once at the pick up window I waited for about 5 minutes to get all of my food. Not exactly what I would call “fast food”.
