As Popeyes is my favorite restaurant sadly I had stop eating there because of bad experiences, but today we had a family gathering and had to place a large order.
Juliana, was the young lady who assisted me and my family. She has a lot of patients and I had place two large family orders the food was ready right on time.

Overall great experience. The cashier was very helpful and answered all my questions about the food. Food came out quick and tasted fresh, unlike other locations in town that taste like it’s been sitting forever. They recently remodeled so everything is new and very modern. 10/10, will go back.

Honestly always have the worse experience at this location. I only try coming to this location cause it’s very convenient to get to right away off I35. But they always close the doors early. Or they’re always run out of food 2 hours before they close. Popeyes seriously needs to clean house at this point losing business. This review is honestly being done cause it’s not the 5th or 10th time. I also have a video which I’m not gonna post here cause I have respect for Popeyes itself. But come on enough is enough and if you check out all my reviews it’s always 5 star reviews about how I enjoyed a place.

General Manager is rude, yells at customers, yells at employees, no customer service, isn’t polite, is like we bother her with our orders. I don’t recommend this place at all. Please go somewhere else to eat. The general manager needs to get fired, needs schooling, disciplined or something else. I am only giving 1 star cause the other employees are nice, friendly, etc. But the female general manager has a bad attitude. Wow!
