Ordered at 6:50 on the app. Went to pickup at 7:00 finally at 7:45 they bring the food out. The Manager gave the excuse that she was training a new crew. The order was supposed to be a 16 PC 2 family size mashed potatoes and 2 family size Mac and cheese. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

We enjoyed a very good meal today my son and I shared a three-piece meal with fries and our server was Adontae and she was awesome. She was playful with my son who is very shy and made him feel comfortable. She also snuck us an extra biscuit so he can have one but don’t tell anybody. Thank you for your kindness and service.

There was water leaking into the middle of the dining room, the menu boards were not working and the service was slow.
30 minutes to get a chicken sandwich. Never seen so many people walk out of a restaurant.

When I visited the place was falling apart and understaffed. The only way to see a menu was online and the food was pretty bad. Chewy and dry chicken Sandwich.

This was the absolute worst experience! I’ve ever had a Popeyes. The drive thru wasn’t working properly and I drove around to the window. The first worker looked at us, but didn’t offer any help. The second young man greeted us and took our order. They were out of two items we requested. Biscuits were not even in the store. Cajun dirty rice wasn’t served at this location. The tenders were rubbery and cool, not hot and the individual mashed potatoes were room temperature. I will not return to this location.

This restaurant was a big disappointment. I’ve always enjoyed going to Popeyes, but this restaurant visit was disappointing . The chicken tenders were cool and somewhat rubbery in texture They were completely out of biscuits and they were only offering mashed potatoes and french fries as sides. I don’t believe I’ll go back to this location. Sorry about this less than wonderful review.

We love Popeyes, but every time we go to either of the locations by us, there is some kind of issue.
This time at this location we sat in the drive thru line for at least 20 minutes. The order box wasn’t working, we needed to order at the window. Then someone in front of us was fussing at an employee about something that took forever. When we finally got to the window to order, we was informed that they didn’t have any sides at all. We sat there for nothing.

This has got to be one of the, if not the worst, Popeyes location ever. We pulled in at 8:50 PM And we’re surprised by the lack of lights on the outside of building. Delights inside the building seemed to be on, So I assumed they had just closed… We looped through the drive thru anyway and saw a man standing at the drive through window so I pulled up and asked him what time they closed assuming that they were already closed. He informs me that they are not closed but that there’s a 30 minute wait for chicken. Despite the long wait I said that would be no problem. we ordered a 12 piece tender meal and 4 drinks. it was $38.00 and some change. Five or six minutes later he hands us out a box of tenders A thing of mashed potatoes and managed to mess up A drink order for water somehow. Everything we receive was cold, which I didn’t hear about until we got Home after that had been eaten. My son was sick the following day who are the stomach ache. I don’t know if the two are related but I would not doubt it. I have no doubt that the employees and the manager that was there were trying to close the store early and had the lights shut off to discourage customers from coming so that they could get out early. it was a total waste of $40. We absolutely will not be back.
The next day I called their corporate number and told them what had happened and they couldn’t care less to be completely honest. They simply said “We’ll forward this to the manager”. considering the manager was in the store counting drawers, I doubt that will do any good.
Personally I’d really like to see the health department get involved, because I think that that serving people cold chicken is likely not a good thing
