I usually come here for the Tuesday special not only the 2 pcs chicken is now way up. Today i found out that they don’t give plates unless it’s family meal. Are u for real i order 4 tuesday special so do i eat in my palm from now on. i guess ill be bringing business in other location or yet probably churches have better chicken deal!

My fiancé and I experienced the worst service ever this past Tuesday at 11:30am . We attempted to order two legs and a drumstick and the lady in the drive through told us she isn’t giving out legs today! Convinced that we heard he wrong we asked did you need extra time to cook them…? She said no I’m just serving them out to you ! Now what you can get is etc etc etc so we said oh no ma’am and left.
We order and pay for what we want and it’s is never a problem at any Popeyes we have ever went to but THIS LOCATION! The lady in the drive through denied our order. There was literally chicken stacked to the roof and it was lunch time … I just feel like someone should know that the customer service is POOR! Training needs to be done and she has reunited it for any of our business in the future . Very disrespectful and rude!

Worst establishment!!! I tried giving this location various opportunities but it just seems like it keeps getting worse. Went there a couple of weeks ago as I placed my order I asked the order taker to make some fresh chicken strips that I didn’t mind waiting she said okay and asked me to pull to the front and that they would take my food out. I waited about 20 min finally I decided to go inside and check on my order to my surprise they didn’t even remember me being outside waiting. They ended up making my order and when I got home the chicken strips were so old it was pointless me waiting outside for 20 min. I tried calling the store about 10 times they never answered. Today again I went hoping that my experience will be better and as I feared the chicken strips were so old like they had been there a couple of hours. I tried calling the store and again no answer. I love Popeyes but someone needs to do something about this location! I feel like they keep taking peoples money and not giving them what we are paying for. Very Disappointed

Tonight I ordered a 2 piece chicken, mash potatoes and gravy. I get home and started to eat, my chicken had blood in it and my mash potatoes did not have gravy. I went back up there and showed them the food and ask for my money back.
They said because I didn’t have my receipt, I can’t get a refund but fresh chicken. The drive through guy said I didn’t give you a receipt because we out of paper.
This was a horrible experience and I am not done broadcasting them.

The worst. They did not give us our entire order. Once drive-thru supposedly corrected it, we get ALL the way home to nothing but chicken!!

Waited over 10 minutes for my order only to get it wrong. I came for the Last Dap ghost pepper wings and did not get them. I was told I had to specifically say the words Last Dab because they have multiple ghost pepper wings but the employee didn’t even bother to clarify. I had no idea since I don’t come to Popeyes often. Then when I tried to ask about the Last Dab wings I was told they we’re out. Visit another location will not be returning

It feels like this restaurant chain has changed a bit since I’ve been here. Instead of the combo dinners I was used to everything is fried now. I was kind of surprised the chicken sandwich was okay. The dining room was clean for a fast food restaurant.

Possibly the worst Popeye’s I’ve been to, and I eat at Popeye’s probably 2-3 times per week on average. Restaurant is dirty. Men’s room out of order. Slow service from unfriendly employees. Food finally served just above room temperature. Three tenders smaller than the included biscuit, and, in what is now commonplace at this franchise, a partially full side order of beans & rice.

I’m loving telling others how uncaring and just don’t care when they get your order wrong. You’ve worked and spent time and miles to your job. But when you get home and your take out is wrong, you call and get no apology, all you get is bring the uneaten food back and hope they correct it. More time invested in just trying to have dinner. They just dont care. Call complaint department, no help there either. Really, their chicken just ain’t that good, is it worth the high prices for convenience? Feed up, no more
