This place is comically bad. Where is the hidden camera? After waiting 15 minutes in the drive thru to order, the employee asked for my order but didn’t respond. After 10 more minutes, I drove to the window to find no one there. Eventually, she came from the back, lectured me because she didn’t have my order, said she didn’t have my order nor the car behind me, and said she’s not supposed to take orders at the window. I left rather than argue.

What a wonderful experience at this particular Captain D’s starting with the manager and her team and for being short-handed they’re doing an excellent job the food is coming out perfect with no problems nice and hot and fresh and very polite to the customers one more can you ask for this is definitely a recommended Captain D’s to try you cannot go wrong at this one

What’s the point of ordering ahead online if you still have to wait 13 minutes past the pickup time at a mostly empty restaurant? Had to park and wait, then the woman who brought my food out didn’t even make eye contact, much less apologize for the wait. Food was great, but they could really use some basic customer service training.

The food was over cooked. Like had been put back in grease to heat up. The service. The tea for me and the person with me. Agreed the tea tasted slightly sour. One female employee in a loud rude voice how I was wrong. That tea was made that morning. However it was 1:20pm if left out in the heat. And it was uncovered. Yes the tea was STARTING TO SPOIL. Dinning area. They need to use some degreaser on the floors in the lobby.. That’s a law suit waiting to happen. We watched 3 other slide on the floor trying to walk to tables and then on way out. As My friend and I also had to do. This is the kind of store that could severely hurt a Franchise if allowed to continue.

I ordered one of the platters here. It came with fish, shrimp, chicken strips, hush puppies, fries and Cole slaw. It was not good at all. I took one bite of the fish and a shrimp. It did not taste good at all so I just ate the fries. Shortly after I got sick and spent the rest of the evening in the bathroom. I love captain d’s but this location was awful.
