I ordered directly through the Popeyes app, not a third party, so this one is fully on Popeyes. The spicy 2-piece combo was good, but they forgot the grape jelly I paid for and sent exactly zero napkins. Zero. For fried chicken. That feels less like an oversight and more like a personal challenge. Good food, but come on now.

I ordered the cheese bites expecting Parmesan cheese bites what I ordered and what I got was crazy false advertisement at its finest or maybe the workers just overcook them or undercooked them. I’m not really sure what happened but I did not get what was on that menu low-key it’s not even funny. It was so oily and greasy and when I confronted them about it, they told me that’s why they come. I know you lieing cause ain’t no way I just bought melted cheese but rather than argue. I just went on about my day but this is ridiculous. The sandwich was good. They forgot to put my jalapeños in the bag. They gave me dirty rice instead of coleslaw, but I caught that at the window maybe the workers just need to be retrained. OK I’m done with my rant Just want to save y’all the time and ordering From this location or cheese bites in general

I had such a great experience at this Popeyes! The customer service was absolutely top-notch — friendly, fast, and efficient. From the moment I walked in, the team was attentive and made sure my order was fresh and correct. I live about an hour away in Beaumont, and we don’t have a Popeyes nearby, so when I do make the drive, I want it to be worth it — and this visit definitely was.
The food was piping hot when I picked it up, and what really impressed me was how it stayed hot all the way home. By the time I got back, it was still perfectly warm and crispy — just like it came right out of the fryer. You can tell they take pride in what they’re serving, and it really shows in the quality and care they put into each order.
Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and delicious. I could honestly taste the difference in how well it was prepared. I’ll absolutely be back — it’s worth every mile of the drive for food and service this good!

The night staff guys are amazing, they work so hard and efficiently! Each of them have a pleasant smile even though I know they’re super tired ! Will buy again and again ! The bad first (which isn’t necessarily a blite on the store) prices are still high for what you you’re getting. Being charged for a few extra sauces seems to the norm now for all fast foods. Corporate greed over extra ranch is ulgy and despicable. Having said that, this store is efficient and generally polite.Our food was fresh, hot and quickly presented. Good job.

I showed up an entire hour before they closed, and they did everything in their power to refuse service to me. They tried telling me that they have no food only biscuits and sides. If I wanted Chicken I’d have to wait 20-30 minutes. I agreed to wait and when I presented my coupon they told me I couldn’t do all white meat that it didn’t allow it, but they’ve allowed it before and other store allowed it as well. Why is this store turning off their fryers an hour before closing? The closing time is for the customers not the employees clock out time.

Bad experience ordering. At first ordered the 18 wings group meal at the drive through which they said they dont have that deal in person and only online. So I said that’s OK I will order the 24 wings posted on the menu board. After ordering they charged me 6 wings 4 times separately. I ask them about it and said I ordered thr 24 mix and match for about 25 dollars. All they said was they can’t do anything about it. I dont care about a few dollars but the principal is if you cannot honor what you display, dont display it. False advertisement!

Fast food is always unfair to rate. It’s hit or miss. Went on a Tuesday. It was hard to place our order. Once we made the order it was incorrect. The cashier corrected it. The food was ok. The inside is clean and there is plenty of seating. It is rated a B by the health dept. Others seemed to enjoyed it. The place wasn’t too busy on the inside, but the drive thru was crazy.

Very disappointed to learn that this branch of Popeyes no longer supports military and first responders though a discount. I called corporate and overall Popeyes does but certain branches make their own choice. Maybe we need to know who owns this particular Popeyes.

Naw. Not for me. Even though I was served relatively quick, my food was Luke warm and rubbery. I ate a chicken wing, which was good, but the minute I peeked back the meat on the breast and chewed it, it was like chewing a piece of bland rubber. Other pics are of the bathroom hallway that was molded in every corner. Drink was watered down. Biscuit was warm but tasted better than chicken. I’m not recommending or returning. I was only visiting Pearland and stopped here because the Puddery was closed.
