Honestly, I had stopped eating at Popeyes, but since it was late, we ordered Uber Eats from this location last night—and it was a huge disappointment. I ordered the Ghost Pepper Wings with sauce, but instead received old, rubbery Chicken Tenders. Here’s what went wrong:
1. The chicken was raw on the inside.
2. The soda was incorrect and didn’t even have a protective lid.
3. No sauces were included with the meal.
4. The biscuit was hard as a rock.
5. The tenders weren’t fully cooked and had no spice at all.

This young lady had a horrible attitude and bad customer service experience. Was literally all over her phone and playing in her hair/ ears and touching ppl food. Then got mad at me because I asked her to wash her hands! Popeyes do better!

This Popeyes in League City, located off West Main, has ruined our dining experience for the last time. The poor management and incompetent employees are appalling. It seems they don’t even bother answering phones either. The corporate management needs to fire all these worthless employees and start fresh. They are a complete disgrace to the Popeyes franchise. UPDATE 1/6/26: Aside from the one size fits all response we got here, we still haven’t heard anything from management. They write in a standard response to call the restaurant, but you can’t as no one picks up the phone. When we called a nearby Popeyes, they picked up quickly. When I asked them why the Main Street Popeyes hasn’t answered their phone yet, they told me that this location will never answer their phone. How pathetic is that? Even other Popeyes locations know how horrible they are.

This is a bad location. The lady was rude as if she hates her job. She had an attitude. I asked for condiments at the drive thru and she never gave them to me. So i drove back around And she dropped the condiments is my hand with a sigh and attitude. The wings were not fresh at all and They never gave me napkins so i had to drive around a third time. To make things worst she never game me my receipt. But if this helps this was Today , Monday October 27, 2025 at 4:30pm. Spanish lady at the drive thru. Im never coming back here

One star is too generous for this place. Dining area bathroom area and the area visible behind the counter were all littered with trash. The food took over 30 minutes to come out AND was cold. The lady taking my order called me a derogatory word under her breath in Spanish and I guess she didn’t think I knew what it meant but I know what a “mojo” is

This location has consistently expedited orders accurately and quickly. Everytime in go here they are super fast and friendly. The food is always hot and fresh. I once tried a flounder sandwich it was great. Fish sandwiches from a drive thru can be hard to pull off. I have never been inside, but the drive thru service is top notch.

I came here the other night and got the 14 piece chicken tenders. I said spicy and when I get home they were all mild. Called the next day to let them know, and the lady was being a smart ass saying why I didn’t call that night. Lady it was midnight and I just got off work and was tired, did not wanna deal with it til I had some sleep!! She said for it to be replaced I’d have to bring the food back. Um hell no once it leaves your hands into the customer’s hands and they open it and tear a piece off to make sure it was right you’re not legally allowed to take it back. It’s already been at my house and been touched. I tore off a piece bc it didn’t look like spicy and it was mild. All yall are gonna do is throw it in the trash. I gave it to my neighbor who was hungry and didn’t have the money yet to go grocery shopping.
So never going back to this location!
