Im surprised with my order! They filled all the beans up on my family order! The strips were not old and hard like usually. They biscuits were fresh. All was fresh! The service and food freshness is coming back?! Im so glad there’s a new leaf being turned here.

Got on line ordered a 5pc spicy an only get one sauce. Really? Come on. An get a small fry to enjoy with my only one sauce an the fries are cold. Smh Popeyes you weren’t even busy to be serving food like this, no honey or napkins in the bag. tighten up!

I came in tonight and the manager was extremely nice and professional. However, the cook’s attitude was terrible. The manager asked him to drop more chicken, and he flat-out refused in a very disrespectful way. I actually felt bad for the manager — he handled it with patience and professionalism, but no one should have to deal with that kind of behavior at work. People should be grateful to have a job and show respect to their management.

My most recent experience at this store was horrible. It was packed due to the time of day being lunch. I placed the order on the app so it should have been prepared prior to my arrival because I placed it way ahead of time. I finally received my order, went home and realized that it was missing the extra sides that I ordered to feed our company that came by but we managed with what I ended up with. I tried to call the store to report the mistake a few times and no one answered the calls so I haven’t been there since and I don’t plan too. Poor excuse for a restaurant for what you have to spend to get their food.

Probably the best Popeyes I’ve dined in. Restaurant was clean and tidy. My chicken tenders were hot and crispy. Fries were fresh, and coleslaw was creamy and crunchy. Service was outstanding. Aleida took my order and was warm, friendly and helpful. When I arrived, there was a long line during the lunch rush hour, but Aleida efficiently took all the orders with a big smile, effortlessly shifting from Spanish to English. She obviously has a special talent for service. I usually don’t review fast food restaurants, but I make an exception when the experience and food were outstanding. That was the case with this Popeyes, thanks to Aleida and her super team.

I stop in for lunch on the run the food is excellent hot and fresh the manager and her daughter are very nice and professional the chicken there to me is the best in the city by far..this is how popeys chicken is supposed to taste very very good..I love it

Despite all the bad reviews, I did not have any issues at this location. The team were fast and ally items were correct. Ordered two #8 meals (5,PC chkn strip) neither person had any complaints with the food. Drive thru cashier was amazing, he was sweet and did an outstanding job multi tasking
