Be Real Be Fair
At about 830 and 930 they never have chicken available. I was informed they only have three wings and 15min to wait for some. Not the first time it occurs multiple incidents . Wish they care for their customer service and ensure that chicken drops are done appropriately to meet customer demands. It’s a loss of business and on top of that we asked for spicy chicken and we didn’t get that. Our Red Beans and Rice also had a plastic piece of paper mix in. Very upset at spending money for such a low quality of food and service

They messed up my order I asked for chicken the one that has a bone in it. The gave me tenders not what I wanted. Plus I asked for Mac and cheese and I got soup with about 10 noodles in it. Also no flavor to even make a great soup. Called to complain and no answer so I guess customer service doesn’t matter there.

I stopped by here to grab something for lunch but it was kind of early (10:30a) I waited forever to get somebody to take my order clearly they were open, there was a guy in the inside sitting down having a bite. Then when I place the order the lady didn’t speak English, but when I received order the chicken was fresh the red beans/rice still small and getting smaller. I guess this is a city wide thing!

Literally the worst ever. I don’t know why I have given this place SOOOOOO many chances to not mess up but they’re incapable of getting ANYTHING correct. Routinely charges for sides and THEN says they don’t have them, gives us the wrong food, and never answer the phone. This place is garbage trash because even the food we do get is soggy, uncooked, and literally old tea and fries every single time. I love Popeyes but now I’ll drive to Deer Park before I’ll drive 2 mins from my house to go to this location. AWFUL!

Was repeatedly told the wrong order when I got to the window to pay. She still gave me the wrong drink and then on top of that the fries are just thrown into the bag. And she did not provide me with a receipt because the machine was “not working” but I saw her throw it away when she closed the window.

This is one of slowest Popeyes I have ever been to in the Houston area. If you go inside you will probably be ignored for a minimum of 16 mins. The drive thru goes at a decent pace but they messed up my order multiple times and was overcharged twice when using this method. Save yourself the headache and frustration and go to the one off of Crenshaw. This location make me not even want to eat Popeyes chicken.
