I ordered the chipotle Avacado chicken sandwich before work today and there was literally no chicken on the sandwich. I literally paid 13 dollars for a Avocado and cheese sandwich. Thank you Panera epic fail!!! I mean my 12 year old daughter could have made a better sandwich than this.

Ordered off the app. I got to Panera right before my assigned time. After 5 minutes I received a text and email to say they needed extra time and would be informed when done. So I waited and waited finally after 25 minutes nothing! Cars came and went! I finally texted back asking if my order was done. I heard again nothing so I got in line and gave my name. I drove to door to pick up. The order of food was right, but the flat bread pizza was cold…like it had been just sitting on a shelf for a half hour!! Oh, I did not wait to get home. I tried it when I stopped across the street. And what happened to the little flavorful tomatoes that used to be on the Margarita flat bread? Now they use sliced tomatoes! Not the same taste! Definitely not ordering this flat bread anymore!

Again the lack of quality shows. Ordered a half Caesar salad and most of the greens were wilted and browned. And they served this with no issue. After continuing to pick out bad green after bad green I just tossed the order. How gross and negligent.and in the sandwich too!!! Service was Great, everyone was Nice and friendly and the store was very clean. Only issue was food didn’t meet our expectations. We paid $48 for 2 meals: soup and salad, 2nd meal salad and chicken bowl. The drinks were separate and cost almost $5 each. Overall, food was just OK.

My daughter and I had a great visit for lunch. She had the new chicken sandwich and could not stop talking about it’s extreme goodness. I have a gluten intolerance, but I did taste the chicken. It was divine for sure.

I could actually hear them talk, Which is more than I can say for a lot of places that are so noisy You have to up the volume to be heard. I would come here again. Nasty food. Served sandwiches with rotten lettuce. My first and last time eating at Panera. The tuna sandwich had about one spoon of tuna on each half. How this place is still in business is anyone’s guess.
