This particular location is subpar with the customer service and quality of chicken. It’s a hit/miss depending on what time and day of week you go. Let’s just say, there are better popeyes chicken locations around the 249 area. I think management needs to take a look at this location and either retrain the employees about proper customer service and serving fresh chicken

I live in Tomball and I usually order chicken at this Popeyes location a lot. The service was fast in and out with the food was no complain. Today, I was totally disappointed about the service. There was a girl or lady? She was really rude, additude while I was trying to order from the drive thru speaker. She even splamed the window in front of my face. THEY DID EVEN MESSED UP MY HUSBAND’S ORDER. I TRIED TO CALL THE MANAGER OR HIGHER STAFF, NO RESPOND. IF YOU GUYS DONT KNOW HOW TO SERVE THEN DO NOT TAKE THE JOB.

Not need no stars . The manager has very bad training I visit the store today and i order chicken strip’s and spicy sandwiches the bread was really cold saggy. I spoke to the manger if i could exchange the bread and he say the sandwich was good when you could clearly see it was sitting there the whole time in the counter. Not only that but they made a drama in the kitchen over changing the bread and started to talk bad words . All the crew in kitchen need more training staring with mangers . They gave me a new sandwiche but didn’t eat because im not sure if they did something to it because of how they reacted to the situation and the way they where all talk bad words in the kitchen very disrespectful place and i would not be coming back. Very poor service if you ask me.

Terrible! Very long wait time, they were apparently short staffed tonight! The young lady at the drive through was rude, and once we received our order the food was cold. I definitely won’t be patronizing them again.

2/23 Love that chicken from popeyes. I prefer chicken on the bone, but the tenders are the best around. Edit <> now 5/23 tonight, and a couple visits prior, this popeyes seems to be lacking in management skills.

This location is in desperate need of some help. The gentleman working the counter was also handling the drive thru while there were 4 other employees in the back just standing around. The order was correct when I got it, but the Mac and Cheese was burnt and the chicken had absorbed every ounce of grease from all the ones that had sat on top of it.

This is seriously one of the best Popeyes I’ve ever been to. Staff is always friendly, they’ve never EVER shorted me on chicken like it’s always plentiful, and my food is always hot and fresh. The location on Kuykendal is a bit closer to my house, but I won’t even go there anymore because they’ll give you small pieces of chicken and it’s not usually hot and fresh, plus they almost ALWAYS forget to give me silverware -_-
