I really dislike posting negative reviews, & we love popeyes. However, this evenings experience was God awful to say the least. Made an online order 610pm, didn’t leave with food (missing items) until 645.. I could have understood if this was only thing that was wrong, but while inside waiting, choas. An employee was outside talking amongst another while the lady was having to ask for help repeatedly, he just continued talking. An employee & manager showing frustration in front of folks in lobby.. manager was in the right, but someone needs to go save that store. So disappointing.. But once getting home to realize order wasn’t even complete. I ordered 8pc family deal, then added 2 extra biscuits. Also a Mac and cheese (additional) which was very displeasing. Burnt and smashed together.. I’m very disappointed I didn’t get not one biscuits (main reason I choose popeys over others.) I need my freaking biscuits!

I’m filing this two-star review solely because of the food I received in the drive-thru a few days ago. Attached is a picture of the three dark meat meal that I requested. (For scale, the piece in the middle is the size of the small chicken drumstick you’d get at a wings chain.) I don’t think you can find three smaller pieces of dark meat that allegedly came from a normal fullsize chicken. It’s clear that Popeyes is giving their takeout customers their smaller / non-uniform pieces. By the time we realize we’ve gotten screwed we’re home and we’re not going to bring it back.

I’m a delivery driver for UberEats and picked up today. I had 2 orders and it was busy during lunchtime so the wait was understandable. Niesha was hustling to get all of the customers taken care of. I’m mainly am writing this review because I noticed how hard of a worker she is and she deserves recognition. She was definitely going above and beyond in her efforts to quickly get orders out to the customers. Thank you, Niesha for being such a hard worker. You made picking up the orders a great experience and I’m looking forward to the next time I pick up at this location.

I could not believe I paid over $9 for a 3 piece tender meal that looked like this. All three tenders put together didn’t add up to one chicken tender. They were literally the size of my fingers. They should be called chicken fingers, not tenders. So along with prices sky rocketing, our food has been shaved down to a third of what it used to be and charged double?. I deserve more than a toddler size meal at least. I thought your competition was the only ones that did this. I assume you jumped on that trend. It’s not worth another stop from me.

Food is never fresh and always cold. Went there so many times and every time it was a disappointment. The girl who took my order from drive through said wait 4 mins fresh chicken coming out at the end I waited 18 mins and $36 food was all cold wasn’t fresh at all. Thanks to them my whole family went to bed hungry. Never going back again.

Ordered a kids meal chicken tender meal. The chicken was still pink! If I hadn’t gotten all the way home, I would have taken it back. To top it off, the cashier dropped my change on the ground next to my car and just closed the window without saying anything to me. I’ll never go back to this location.

3 Small pieces of Chicken (2 drumsticks and thigh) was cold, dry and not flavorful. Cardboard might have tasted better. Cold Drink (fruity tea/lemonade) was good.

This place has increased their pricing while decreasing the product and service you receive. Popeye’s used to be one of my favorite places to get chicken. Today may have been the last. Ordered 2 5 strip combos and 6 biscuits and the total was just under $30! Each combo should come with a biscuit, so I should have gotten 8 total. Only received 5 of the 6 biscuits, none in the 5 strip combos and only 4 chicken strips in one of the 5 strip packs. Manager offered to replace it if I drove the 20 minutes there and back to get it. This is the 2nd or third time this has happened lately. Love the food, but I could get a whole lot more for the money elsewhere.
