Me and my wife went maybe a hr before closing and they had absolutely no customers and proceeded to ask me to pull up as if I was getting fresh cooked chicken just to throw some recooked old pieces in the box that clearly had been sitting out !!!!!!

Check your bag for the condiments that you request before you leave they will not put them in there if you asked for them you have to make sure they do on top of that 12 piece mixed family meal which normally feeds my family however today they gave us five wings which are much smaller pieces of chicken and this was not enough to feed a hungry family with a busy schedule we could have chose any place to spend our money but we chose to spend it at Popeye’s mainly because I wanted to have Popeye’s Louisiana chicken with Louisiana hot sauce and they fail to put it in there even though my wife asked at the window when she picked up the food if it was in there and the drive-thru employee assured her that it was in there but I guess it’s our mistake we did not check do not count on these guys

Dinned in here and when I walked in to place my order 5 food delivery drivers were assisted prior to them getting with me so I can place my order to dine in. When I finally placed my order I went to find a table and most of the tables were dirty and all the window seals were filled with dead bugs and very dirty last but not least their new strawberry cheesecake they have was given to me SOILD HARD FROZEN I was not communicated to about this so to my surprise when I got around to desert I couldn’t eat it and was told they didn’t know how long it would take until it defroster which was disappointing. Despite all of that the chicken was fresh along with the sides.

I was on that side of town and decided to stop by Popeyes. It was 10:30am so they just opened. Everything was fresh & hot including the red beans & rice and Mac n cheese.

5pc spicy w/ red beans & rice and Mac n cheese
Use the app coupon: 5pc w/ two sides and 2 biscuits for $8.99 w/ tax $9.73. $.50 cent up charge if you want Mac n cheese
Red beans & rice could’ve used more seasoning and flavor. Mac n cheese was average for a fast food spot, definitely not like your homemade baked Mac n cheese.
Biscuits were soft & warm but a little on the dry side. They were out of jelly so I used honey instead.
I put half of both the red beans & rice and Mac n cheese in clear bowls to give you a comparison of how much food is in the regular size container. Yep, not much.

I arrived at 7:50PM. Ordered the classic chicken sandwich only and headed home. Food was ready within a couple minutes. The sandwich was interesting. Since this is the 1st time I have tried. The chicken was very moist and the outside was very crunchy. Top brioche bun was very soft like a croissant and the bottom bun was hard and firm like a dry bagel. There were a couple sliced dill pickles and mayonnaise sauce. I rated a 3 as this place has friendly and helpful staff. The person before me required additional information and order taker was patient in body language and demeanor. The sandwich should have a firm and moist brioche bottom and it should not be hard.

I call the store back to tell them that my food wasn’t good. The manager said there food was hot but I was trying to tell her that my food was old she didn’t understand me, she spoke little English. She hung the phone up in my face and said go somewhere else. I tried to report her but Popeyes Surveys lines didn’t work. So I went back to the location she wouldn’t tell me her name nor GM name I am done with this store!!!
They don’t want to know how bad this store is the service is down way down!!! God luck on you sales !! Horrible

Experience was wanting, ordered a meal online paid digitally never got my meal or effective help resolving that problem! Leadership didn’t help me or offered any resolution! I have digital proof of a transaction even a printout from my bank showing Popeyes accepted payment! I will not stop till this matter is solved!
