This is the second time I’ve come in a couple months… And there’s no honey. How do you have no honey for the biscuits???? Two different visits months apart. The fact that I have to go to McDonald’s next-door to get honey is crazy. Also, the strawberry lemonade pictured below is not what it looks like on the menu. Every other Popeyes, they mix it… Not this one.

Tried to use a coupon from the app and they wanted to see it and the code was different. I told them to use the one in my app and they said “no, you have to wait 15 minutes to use it”. Why would a code show up in my app then? The employee wanted me to order full price items. But I downloaded the app to use the coupon. The manager was hiding behind the employee. She was unprofessional and couldn’t explain to me why I couldn’t use the code. I had to place the order through the app and pick it up. Worst mistake ever, the chicken was pink inside and I got sick. The biscuits and fries were undercooked.
I won’t be coming back. The service is bad. The manager is bad. She needs to go away. Even the employee said it’s stupid that she wouldn’t allow him to put the code in. But yet, it worked on the app. What’s the point of having employees that can’t place orders for you.
I miss the old Popeyes here. The manager and employees back then were awesome. These new crew members are a disaster. Please get a new manager. I just won’t come back if she is still there. Waste my time and energy. Now I got a bad tummy ache and bad taste of Popeyes in my mouth.

Very disappointed with Popeyes. I was served a hollow, soggy pie that looked expired and completely inedible (see photos). What makes this worse is the lack of acknowledgement or care from staff. Serving food in this condition is disgraceful and shows no quality control.
I’ve seen the mixed reviews for this location, and frankly, some of them seem illegitimate because if what those “reviewers” say were true, I would expect far better service and food quality than what I experienced. The reality does not match.
As a paying customer, I expect fresh, properly prepared food not something that looks like it’s been sitting out for days.

I had a fantastic experience at Popeyes! The atmosphere was clean and welcoming, and the food came out hot, fresh, and just how I ordered it. But what really stood out was the service. The employee Karen who helped me was incredibly kind, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from the moment I walked in. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcomed and taken care of. It’s not every day you receive service that feels genuine, but that’s exactly what I got here. If you’re looking for a great meal with even better service, Popeyes is the place to go. Big thanks to the staff—especially that standout employee who made my visit memorable. Karen was amazing !!!

This is incredible now they’re charging extra and they are not even telling you about the extra cost. They are making the combo’s into a Large combo without even telling you. I went to popeye’s around 12-1pm i went to order a chicken sandwich as a normal combo and they charged it as a Large combo. I went multiple times and they keep charging me Large combos when am only asking for the regular combo.

I don’t know if this was mold or if something died in my chicken, but it was absolutely revolting and nearly made me puke right there in the restaurant. Completely unacceptable. Strongly recommend no one eats here. Owners — you need to reach out and make this right.

Came in here around lunch time. Quick service. Very nice and attentive girl taking my order. I think her name was Miriam.. Great portion sizes for ingredients. Sandwich tasted really good! Couldn’t have had a better experience

Food is not usually good. My bone in Spicy chicken is never spicy. I don’t even think it is seasoned half the time. So disappointing Popeyes! Great customer service though.

Every time I go to Popeyes, Miriam is fantastic. She is kind and ensures that each customer is taken well care of I really appreciate you Miriam for all of your assistance with getting my family fed. Miriam goes above and beyond every time me and my family need dinner. This is the only Popeyes I will go to because of the wonderful service. Miriam is truly an asset to the team.
