So i went to Jersey mikes like 20 mins ago and right off the bat the girl who makes the sandwiches, the blonde one is RUDE. her customer services skills suck. ive been to this location maybe one other time and her attitude again was just horrible. The man that was working with her was extremely nice, i will say that. as soon as i left i started eating my sandwich on my way to work and i bit into that string thinking it was part of the bacon but then i realized it wasn’t breaking so i looked and took out this long string that looked like it was part of a towel. i don’t know if it was intentional but either way, i will never be going back there 🙂 . HORRIBLE. DO BETTER.

Very nice lunch! Actually spoke with the GM Lindsey, she was very sweet and let me know that I could make a salad out of the sandwich I wanted!!!! Amy was very helpful, looked like everyone there was ready to do their part! I’ll be back!!!!

I wish I have something nice to say but this was my first time trying jersey mikes subs. My daughter and son in law rant and rave about the sandwiches so today when my office wanted to order I was excited to try it out. I ordered the turkey and roast beef club with no bacon. When my sandwich arrives the bread was soaked and mushy and whoever is making the sandwiches is extremely heavy handed with the mayonnaise. I dont think I tasted the meat due to so much mayo. I scrapped two knife full of mayo off my sandwich. Yes I wanted mayo but not the whole jar. The other 3 ladies in my office had the same complaint. Like I said this was my first time trying jersey mikes but I can assure you I will not be spending my money there again. This review is just to notify management so adjustments can be made.

On my first visit over 5 years ago in Westchse, I left without a purchase for 2 resons. First, the cost seemed too high and the meats had funky names that I knew did not exist.
Years later, post pandemic, the costs are more relatable and people seemed to like the product. As sub shops go, Jersey Mikes is a good, solid choice in that realm. Nothing spectacular but a fresh, clean straightforward flavor. Nothing to complain about as far as the product. As far as cost, the giant is about $1.00 an inch. A little more than some other joints, but still a modest cost.
While I will no longer avoid Jersey Mike’s, sub shops are not a go to for me. I will say that given a choice between them and other sub shops, they are now a preference.

Polite staff July 2019! Stopped prior to visit to Busch Gardens! Service was quick and staff was AWESOME! Food is always great at Jersey Mike’s and the service was just over the top. Highly recommend this spot! A+++

So I just left this location and I am extremely disturbed. The young lady with the blonde hair was extremely rude! Not friendly, not nice at all. At first I must admit I thought it may be a race issue but then when a nice Caucasian couple came in and they happened to be deaf. Her and her coworker thought it was extremely funny to them that they spoke in sign language. I thought it was just me until I just read a review describing this same thing lady. For Jersey Mike’s to be considered as “a sub above” they definitely do not demonstrate giving above average Customer Service not sure if a sub above means a Christian because that’s definitely not Christian behavior as well. Please do better!

I just want to say every time I come into this location I believe the managers name is Lindsay she is awesome always gets my order correct with no doubt she’s very friendly I love our little talks we have when I come in she is the reason I come back to this location they run like machines here
