The chicken didn’t NOT taste like Popeyes, batter was plain, plain self rising flour? The size of the drumstick was that of a smoked turkey from Texas (every thing in TX is BIG) and it was said their trucks hadn’t arrived so they downgraded to alternative, BAD MOVE.
Rice was hard and the male manager on duty Jan 30th said there is NOTHING they can do. We’ll guess what Mr. Manager you lost some customers. Be careful word of mouth is the best advertisement.

Im not sure what they put in this chicken on this day. But oh my gosh this had to be the best fried chicken I’ve had since I went to Mrs Winners in Atlanta. This was delicious. Hot fresh crispy flavorful. The chicken tasted like they marinated it over 12 hours. Lol. It was Good. 10 out of 10. Now I didnt get greated at all at the window. I rolled up, she stuck her hand out with my bag. I grabbed it. She didn’t ask me no questions and I didnt ask her any either. I just hoped everything was right in my bag and it was.

I love the food. I go there for their spicy chicken, rice and beans and sometimes fries. The service is great. They always get my order correctly. It’s clean and nicely kept for dining in.

I waited in 20 minute drive-through for an incomplete order. I don’t have another 20 minutes to spend a drive-through and they won’t answer the phone I paid for my order online when I got to the window the large cup that I paid for was unavailable, the Apple pie was unavailable, there is no lids for the sides and I’m driving in my car, no dipping sauce for the tenders I don’t even want them without dipping sauce. I wasted a lot of money in time here.

Only because I could not give a 0 star. This use to be a good restaurant, food quality was good, customer service was excellent. Now it it is straight trash. The food is horrible looks like something out of a trash bin. I took one order back just to get another terrible order. The money you spend at Popeyes you should at least get a decent piece of bird
