The food is amazing, the crunch of each bite is addicting and delicious sauce or rubs add on splendidly. The People there are great! They understand issues and solve them quickly and efficiently. Today when I got my lemonade I noticed it tasted like water. I asked them is it possible to get a replacement? they said “unfortunately we do not have normal lemonade right now” I understood them and asked “can I have a free lemonade next time im here?” They said yes! So when I came back after a few hours and asked if they had any lemonade they said no still but then they offered me a premium lemonade on the house! And it tastes delicious. I will be coming back and getting premium lemonade.

Incredibly fishy smell. Chicken also tasted fishy and old. Weird subtle nasty sour taste, likely spoiled. Ghost pepper Chicken sandwich was incredibly salty to the point they were inedible, same fishy taste also.

I ordered online because my baby wanted mashed potatoes. I decided to order pies, fries and a drink so I could get free wings. The fries were old and cold. The wings were not edible so I am sure they were just as old as the fries. The “chilled” strawberry lemonade had no ice and wasn’t even full. I asked the guy at the window why no ice, he said oh I can add some, I asked does it not come with ice? Needless to say don’t go to this Popeyes especially at night unless you want old food and celebs drinks.

I was missing multiple parts of my order so I called with no answer. I called 5 times within the span of 30 minutes. The next day, I did the same, still no answer.

I ordered 5 chicken breast and 3 other pieces of chicken.
When I came home I realized that there was only 2 chicken breast which my husband already had on his plate so I didn’t took those 2 pieces back. I went back to the restaurant and showed the manager the order was wrong.
The manager attitude was really rough. She said there is 2 pieces missing, I can’t do nothing about it.
I asked her if she could give me the 3 chicken breasts missing which she did, but By the time the chicken was already cold and dry. She give me the 3 pieces acting like she was really annoyed, no apologies at all. I had to take the chicken dry and cold.
I should just leave it there.

Awful customer service and cold food. I went at 7:20pm, ordered online and the app said it was ready. The guy said they were still working on it and to pull up even though there was no other cars there. After 5 minutes of waiting I pulled back to the window and they apparently shift changed and the guy did not tell the girl I was there waiting so my food sat there. He said the tenders would come with ranch and there was zero ranch. The lemon pepper boneless wings were so old that it was hard to bite through them. They forgot I was there, gave me old wings (said my order was being worked on) and then gave zero ranch. This establishment is too expensive to have old cold food.

Took. 20 minutes to get 2 pcs of chicken. Staff was not concerned when I voiced my long wait. I love Popeyes but have no plans to go back to this location. Others have voiced the same results. THIS PLACE NEEDS HELP. In passing there today at noon and saw no vehicles. Looked closed.

Staff is unprofessional and rude. Cashier walks pass the counter and says she’ll be right back five minutes later. Other staff wasn’t willing to help. Items on menu but not in store, and management no where to be found. Spent my whole lunch waiting for service and food. Luckily you can’t really destroy Popeyes recipes so food is always good.
