Can’t even sit in the lobby at this location. Also this the 3rd time coming here and each time the food is either old and cold or the portions are horrible. Whatever management is running this store. Or owns this location need to get there head out there butt. Expensive tenders for a 5 PC and your can’t even enjoy your chicken. Chicken all dried out or over cooked. They have timers and temperatures they must follow and Apparently they’re not following the rules.

I was in the drive thru when their power went out. Had already paid so they said come back and we will refund you..I came back a few days later and there was nobody there to refund me plus I had my receipt! So I was told to leave my receipt for the GM and he would reach out to me and handle my refund. I did as requested after taking a photo of my receipt. Well no call and no refund. Appears this is a very poorly run store that needs a manager transfusion. The refund is really secondary to the horrible customer service.

So I had to see what the hype was about. Went to Popeyes. Got the spicy chicken sandwich. It was good. But would I have a riot over it, probably not. The Decour of the restaurant was very nice. It was very clean and the servers were very friendly. It was my first time at a Popeyes. Came at my sons request.Would I rush back here, probably not. I think my food came out lukewarm and could’ve been fresher. Perhaps it was in the evening and it wasn’t as much turnover. Perhaps at some point I’ll try again.

I was trying to get food at my local Popeyes but the doors where locked. So I went to this location, luckily doors where open but it drive thru only. Thankfully the employees said I could still order and had Patience. Overall I didn’t wait too long for my order and the staff was nice. I’ll keep coming here.

I ordered and paid extra for just legs and thighs (12-piece). Should have checked the order before driving off, but they had little to no business so I figured the order would be correct because no stress to fill my order. Got home only to find out that they put skimpy wings into my order and large pieces of what appeared to be dried out chicken breasts. I tried calling the store several times, but no answer nor did it go to voicemail. We ended up eating no more than four pieces of the horrible, small, and dried out pieces of chicken. Tried calling again the next day, again no answer. Called the Corporate Customer Service. They said they would leave a message with the store manager, and could offer me a coupon to go back for chicken, but could not do a refund as the store would need to do that. I declined the coupon because there’s no way I was going to go back to that store! I never got any phone calls, email, or any follow up whatsoever from corporate, or from the Benbrook store, and tried several times to reach the store manager again. They don’t seem to care at all about their customers!!!

Was on the road decided to drop in and grab some fuel before hitting the road again. Upon first entering, I was surprised that it was very clean, unlike 95% of Popeyes in existence. What was unsurprising was the poor customer service I’ve come to expect at Popeyes unfortunately. The woman that was at the register helping other customers finished up with them, and didn’t help or acknowledge us for about 6-7 mins no exaggeration. She took our order and the food came in a timely fashion and there wasn’t anything else to report. The reason I gave it 3 stars is the fact that the customer is soo poor.

Ordered a 3-piece spicy, all white meat with red beans and rice. One piece was spicy, two were regular. Not crispy at all. Old bird under a heat lamp. The red beans and rice tasted like beans right out of a can and minute rice. Inedible. Won’t be back.

The Young man taking the orders! He was very respectful they were super busy and it did take quite a bit of time. They are obviously working a skeleton crew. He is doing a fantastic job! The food was hot and fresh! Be patient people they are working their hardest!
