I go to this Popeyes because it’s the closest to my house. Fort Worth doesn’t have many. So I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt MULTIPLE times by revisiting after every bad visit I’ve had. This time prompts me to write this review.

Popeyes is such a hit and miss chain…but man today was a HIT. Not one thing wrong. Drinks had perfect carbonation. Chicken was fresh and crispy. Fries was fresh and crispy too. Red beans and rice hit the mark as well. Keep up the good work cause this definetly warranted a 5 star review.

Went through the drive thru August 22 2023 at 1:33pm. Ordered 3pc combo. 3 legs with Cajun fries. Got all the way home and it wasn’t even what I Ordered. It was small spicy wings with rice and beans. Didn’t have time to go back, and I don’t like spicy food and the beans and rice were not edible (tasted horrible). The only thing that was right was the strawberry fanta.

Popeyes is overpriced, overcooked over the counter chicken. Employees are lazy and don’t care one bit about quality or customer service. But they all need to be paid more $$$ and maybe then they will want to do their job. Come to this location only if you like waiting in drive through line for a long time and have your order messed up. The dining room is permanently closed due to lack of quality reliable employees. Imagine that! Then when you get home and sit down to eat, the chicken is overcooked, rubbery and chewy with enough grease to fry your own chicken at home.

It’s 3:30 a they have a sign on the door say due to shortage of staff dining area closed.This location never have fresh chicken the chicken be dry and rubbery. When you ask for honey for your biscuit they always say to the customer we ran out. But they have jelly.Whomever place order for Popeyes need to be trained on inventory we all know that if something you order runs out fasted than norm you order a little bit more to keep the business going.I actually eat here least three times a week. I love me some Popeyes they just need to do better

The absolutely worst experience I’ve ever had! The facility was nasty and the employees were rude and inappropriate! I cannot believe that this establishment is still open. I’ve visited one evening and arrive 15 minutes before closing. Employees refused to serve me and several other customers. Don’t waste your time with Popeyes chicken raising canes is across the street and is way better and fresher. The employees are always friendly and the service is quick. Just because they say they’re open till 11 doesn’t mean they are! I would love the opportunity to speak to the owner of this franchise and let them know what a poor establishment this has become.

Ordered door dash and ordered drinks with my food. Did not receive the drinks after dasher said they would go get them and bring them back to me…. Orders need to be double checked before they are sent out.

No matter what time you come here The inside is always LOCKED. Drive thru wrapped around the building. When you get to the window they ask you to pull up and they will bring the order out.. after sitting in the drive thru 20 plus minutes. Slower than a SNAIL service. They really need to do better!
