Would love to give a higher rating. Was excited to eat Popeyes for the first time in forever for them to have me waiting for 20 minutes, after telling me it’s only 4 minute wait since I placed my order online. When I finally go inside after waiting forever, I see my food sitting behind the glass. When I tell the lady they had me waiting forever she had an awful attitude. Then half the food is messed up and when I call up to tell them what happened they said just to bring a receipt and that’s it. When I get there they tell me they need food too and can’t help me with anything. Absolutely disgusting.

I had to move recently and I miss a lot eating here! People is so kind, food is always fresh and crispy and the experience is more than gretaful!

Maps says its not busy, the dining area was empty, but it took 20 minutes to get my order from the time i finished at the kiosk to food in hand. I really dint like self serve kiosks. It would take a cashier half the time to navigate the menu. A drink that was ordered i was told they didnt have.

I took note of the bad reviews and braced myself for a terrible experience. I got the very opposite. Service was great, very kind and polite, and food was quick, even with fresh chicken that I was informed would be done in just one minute- which it was. Gave me the cheesiest bowl of mac, and the lemonade slushie filled to the rim.
