Me and my family go there to often and now we’re having trouble every time we go the first time food/ the steak wasn’t cooked through the second time we got shorted on the meat and the packed a lot of veggies. Bang Bang prices are to high for you guys to be playing with people food. And yesterday giving them one more chance we ordered food first off the night crew is unprofessional two we got the same thing we always get in was shorted on food again! We got a 3 meat platter 2 plates and both plates didn’t have the chicken once we called after driving 40mins back home was only told to come back in get a side of chicken that is a valid way to solve that issue when you have clients traveling visiting we could have been visiting and there wouldn’t have been no other way to correct the mistakes that these people make

okay, i’ve ordered her a few times. let me explain what’s good and worth your money. don’t order the noodles. they’re just spaghetti noodles. the chicken and brisket are the best. i get the spicy rice. so much better flavor.
I REPEAT DO NOT GET THE NOODLES.

Steak tasted off, vegetables and noodles were bad and soaked in sauce. Noodles were just spaghetti noodles with teriyaki sauce and spicy sauce. Sushi was fine, but can get better at Kroger. Service was good tho.

My wife and I get takeout at least once every other week and have been since we’ve lived in Old Hickory. The quality has been consistently great, the staff has been consistently kind and accommodating, and the prices are amazing…and have also never gone up in at least 3 years which is saying a lot right now. Can really ask for more, and about to go pick up dinner! Love Bang Bang!

My husband and I have eaten takeout from here twice and have had great experiences both times. The prices are reasonable, staff has been friendly both times, and they were very willing and respectful working around my food allergies. I’ve gotten chicken and steak hibachi, and my husband has gotten sushi. Yummy, with good portions. The restaurant isn’t much of a dine-in place, as there are just a few tables, but it is now on our list for quick takeout that won’t break the bank! They also don’t ask for tips when running your credit card, unlike most restaurants these days, which is really kind of refreshing.

The food was not that great. The noodles were literally spaghetti noodles with teriyaki seasoning/ sauce poured over it. The rice was pretty bland and just okay. The spring rolls were good. The sushi pieces are massive. But they weren’t anything special. All in all I wouldn’t go back.

I’ve come here a few times now and familiar with the other location/ food truck. I was extremely impressed each visit in the quality of the food, the customer service, and overall feeling of cleanliness and quality demonstrated by the staff! If you are in the area I highly recommend trying, especially the spicy fried rice!

I was looking forward to trying this restaurant since I love hibachi. However, I was quite disappointed in the food. I ordered two hibachi chicken plates and the chicken was a combination of very dry chunky pieces and shredded pieces floating in sauce underneath those. I struggled with identifying if it was all breast meat or a combo of breast and thigh meat. Either way, it was so dry I just gave up eating it. I didn’t even try to eat the chicken in the sauce because it didn’t look appetizing at all. It tasted old too. I suspect the chicken had been sitting in a pan and when the order came in they threw it on the grill then in some sauce. No bueno. The veggies were actually good, but were comprised mostly of large pieces of onion, with a couple of carrots and brocoli thrown in. The rice is basic, but tasted much better with the yum yum sauce. I don’t think I’m willing to give this spot another chance. I’ll just make my own hibachi at home.

Steak sukiyaki, thinly sliced? No, came in on Aug 3rd around 2pm. Got the steak just because it said thinly sliced. Got home, to Millersville and steak was in large chunks with no flavor what so ever and really hard to chew. I’ve been having dental work done so I’ve been lookin for something I could chew. Nope, oh well won’t be back. Just follow what the description sais that’s all.
