Chicken came fresh and hot. Fries were crispy. Staff was good. Seems like it’s hit or miss at this location, luckily I hit. 5 stars. UPDATE (5/30/23) 5 stars again, go try ghost pepper wings. They are not too spicy.

Food tastes excellent, once you get it. Depending on the order it can take a very long time to get it. We were told to pull around to the other side parking lot to wait, and had to go in and ask for it since they did not bring it out after several minutes. However, it was fresh and hot and tasted great!

Was craving popeyes and went their to get some dinner, when I arrived they were literally out of everything but the chicken and fries but that wasn’t to big of a problem since that’s what we wanted but let me tell you I never write reviews but this had to be said it was the worst food experience I’ve ever had some of the chicken tenders were hard and tasted like rubber then we had one with hairs on it, the fries were so cold you could freeze something with them and the biscuit tasted as doughy and just a straight taste of egg as it could get. I would not recommend anyone to come here

The crew was all outside when I went. It appeared they were all having a nice chit chat. I explained to the cashier that the app wasn’t working for some reason and that I was trying to get a sale that was being offered, instead of at least trying to assist me with any sale, she says we can’t do anything about that, we can’t do that here. Drove to Greenville specifically to get the Cajun blackened with no breading…drive thru had to wait for English to be spoken by employee…got home with a nasty tasting classic breaded chicken sandwich,with nasty soggy fries UNDER the sandwich . Incompetents! No phone # to even call to complain!

You guys are losing the market share. I cant understand why wouldn’t fill the serving of red beans and rice completely. This is the cheapest commodity on the planet. You will all be looking jobs when people quit coming. Service,quality and the portions to value is what keeps any business going. Anyone can sell fried chicken.

The line was very quick and they were open on July 4th. The service was very good from the woman at the window and when I asked for several different things with my food she gave me all of them with no hesitation. Unlike the popeyes in Royse City, this one was very good.

This place seems like a mess. The staff are not very communicative and it feels like they are anticipating closing a little early in the evenings and it shows by not having items ready for dinner time like biscuits and chicken, which is most of the menu. I regularly deliver orders from here and I am not too fond of this pickup location.

I love to eat at Popeyes but this store in greenville tx is far the worst. I’ve been to this place several times and everytime I’m disappointed on how bad this place is ran in the evening. It’s ran by mexican girls who think there at home . They conduct themselves like there hanging out at the mall they had the music up loud they where cursing at each other like children . They had me move to the front said I had to wait for 7 minutes and there was not even any other customer there and after 15 minutes the air head forgot she told me to wait. So my wife went in to get our food and they where clueless that we where still outside she was ticked off asked to speak to the manager her name was Sadie. They didn’t even give us everything we ordered Don’t eat at this popeys there’s a KFC with way better customer service a few blocks down Westley st.

Should have went to the chick-fil-a but I guess this was a reminder why chick-fil-a is able to stay in business. Went to the drive-thru ordered 5 tender combo no cars in front of me so you would think this should be quick and easy, Wrong I pay then they tell me to drive around to the front door, nobody behind me either but they didn’t want corporate to see the drive thru times. So instead I sat in the parking lot for 16 min waiting a simple order.
