Went here around 6pm on Friday for dinner. What a horrid experience. 14 tables in the restaurant, all empty and all were dirty. Service was super slow. Took 25 minutes for my order to come out. I ordered dine in and yet the order was bagged for carry out. I had to ask for napkins, sauces, etc. Every employee, including the 1 female, had their pants hanging off their behinds and you could see half of their backside. I ordered the 1/4 lb popcorn shrimp with 2 spicy tenders. The chicken was dry, not spicy, and was more breading than meat. The employees were slow, food was sub-par and the place was dirty. I will not be back.

This Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen has consistently impressed me with its flavorful and well-prepared food. I recently visited the Popeyes in Greenville, and I wanted to share that the customer service was exceptionally good. The staff was friendly, efficient, and really seemed to care about making sure everyone had a pleasant experience. What impressed me the most was how quickly they managed to get the orders out, even when it was quite busy. It’s clear they’ve got a great system in place, and it made for a really satisfying visit. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for a quick and enjoyable meal!

I understand costs have to go up, but please give me tenders when I order them for my hour lunch. There are 5 small pieces of chicken in this box, but one tender is half breading and about my pinkie size of chicken. My order looks like leftovers or chicken for the kids menu. I honestly don’t know where to start that’s how awful it was. We stopped at this location as we were passing through. Upon entering we weren’t greeted or acknowledged. To their benefit my husband and I decided to go straight to a table so our kids could be out of the way. When we did go to the counter it took quite a while to order and I noticed the server had a hard time keeping his pants up or I assume thats the case considering he continually walked around holding the groin of his pants up. The food was cold and stale. It was so stale I was nervous to feed my 18 month old the chicken even after cutting it up to bite size pieces. The cheese bites were rubbery. I dont think ive ever described cheese as rubbery till now. I mean the food was really bad. The service was so bad it made me uncomfortable and feeling awkward. I just wouldn’t recommend this location at all.

Food wasn’t bad as the reviews said, but they did have to cook fresh chicken because if how much we ordered. Jesus was the best worker that day. He was able to use his brain and communicate our issues with the order. The other ladies didnt help much but tried. I had to cancel the order and reorder. The 10 pc is a lot cheaper than the 16 pc. So jesus helped the ladies figure out the difference and got my fresh chicken to me ASAP.

We’ve patronized this store quite a bit and it’s become very common to get major attitude from the people at the window. One girl always sounds mean from the start. The manager attempts to gaslight you when you say your order is messed up, which the past year has been pretty constant. Overcooked and burnt biscuits/chicken. Also they overcharge you as well. Super unprofessional Popeyes store I would be embarrassed if I were the owner and I plan to reach the owner themselves to let them know how their business is being run.

They only had 1, so I got that and a classic (not spicy). Which was fine as it was like 2:30pm, so not altogether surprising. The classic was fine. The spicy was dry, like it’d been sitting in the warming place for a good while.
