First visit to the Popeyes on Hwy 67 in Duncanville. The parking and interior layout are decent, but the food was great and service excellent! It was notably loud inside due to other guests, but I won’t judge the atmosphere on that alone. Definitely returning for the quality food and service.

This location is good and the staff is cool. I always get the spicy tenders from here, there’s nothing wrong with the taste but like their tenders do not look like tenders, they don’t have they “full” look to them, it seems like theres more breading on it than there is chicken. I don’t know if what I’m saying makes sense, but I just feel like their chicken tenders could look a little better and be more full of chicken.

I know this is not what the ghost pepper wings are suppose to look like. They are not crunchy at all and they just dumped alot of seasoning and said “here ya go”. Damn shame!!!

Came here few times. Both times I come in and ask for fresh food because it’s never fresh ( why must customers ask for fresh food? This should be automatic.). I get the food and there’s no spicy sauce. I let the cashier know and he pointed to the sandwich and said it’s right there. No there is none. So I ask for the spicy mayo.
Customers shouldn’t have to request fresh food.

I’m really disappointed with my experience at this Popeyes. I ordered a meal that was supposed to include 4 pieces of chicken, and they didn’t put them in the bag. By the time I noticed, I was already home. This isn’t the first time they’ve messed up an order, and now I understand why they have the reviews they do.
If you’re going to charge full price, at least make sure the order is complete. Very frustrating and unprofessional.

Went through drive thru on 4/26/24 close to 9 pm. Asked for diet coke, they were out. I then asked for unsweet tea, they were out. Finally got a hi c ! Got my food after about 5 minutes, asked for 2 surf & turf & got 2 shrimp tackle boxes!!! Where’s my chicken tenders ???? Called the store a few times #12454, line was busy!! THE FOOD OS ALWAYS GOOD, that’s not the problem, it’s just every time I go to a popeys, they ALWAYS MESS UP MY ORDER OR TAKE FOREVER TO GIVE IT TO ME!!! Yall need to do better popeyes!!!!

I ordered 3 items at this location. We had to wait for our food. The last thing they should have done is to ensure that our food comes out hot and Taste fresh and not like it has been sitting over an hour, Rubbery and Chewie. This is terrible service. This location must close since you cannot serve your customers fresh food.
1. Order the chicken sandwich meal,
I could not finish it because the chicken tasted like fish.
2. I order a 5-piece meal. The tenders taste old like it’s been sitting for a long time – Rubbery and Chewie. I was not able to finish it. The fries were hot.
3. I order a 2-piece chicken meal. My chicken looks like it’s been sitting for a long time because the skin was covered in grease, oily, and not Crispy.
I will never go back. And I will make sure to inform my friends and family to say away from this location and any other location.

My food was not hot. I didn’t get all my food. I ordered 24 wings but only got 16. I had to pull up and wait on my order.

If I could leave -10 stars I most definitely would! I was at this location about 2 weeks ago and once I received my food and made it home I discovered a BUG! I brought the food back with my receipt and proof of the bug demanding a refund and was given all kinds of excuses as to why I couldn’t receive it. I have been in contact with customer support since the order was placed via the Popeyes website and I have yet to receive my refund! What makes matters worse is there was no remorse or urge to compensate me as a customer from the workers at this location. I wasn’t bringing my food back because my fries were cold or because my order was wrong…there was a BUG and it unfortunately was not taken seriously!!

I have done multiple online orders and there has always been something wrong with my orders but I have ALWAYS let it slide. This recent order I spent about $66 and my 8 piece order were ALL burnt ! I reached out online to see what could be done to make this experience right but they said due to not providing any pictures nothing can be done. Make sure you check your food before hand along with taking pictures to provide them proof when they make a mistake.
