This place is nice and clean and quiet. I came here to get some work done on my laptop, and the wifi worked well. I used the kiosk to order my coffee, but the coffee cups are kept behind the counter. There was no line. However, it took over a while for the woman working to acknowledge me. What could have been a simple, great customer service moment was a disappointment.

The place was clean and quiet. The service sucked. The cups weren’t at the drink station. I had to ask for them and the lady behind the counter didn’t speak. The food was very bland. The size of the sandwich wasn’t worth the price. I’ve added a picture of my hand on the side of my half sandwich that was almost $9. The sandwich was pretty good but very sweet.

The drive-thru wait is entirely too long even when there aren’t cars in the queue. On two separate occasions in a row they’ve messed up my simple sausage, egg and cheese breakfast bagel order. The first time, provided me with a chicken sandwich on ciabatta, the second time, my sandwich was room temp by the time I received it in the drive-thru and my egg was over cooked (not runny at all, solid yolk). When going in to request a replacement, the cashier wasn’t apologetic at all and was somewhat rude when ringing in my replacement.

The service sucks, this location must be shut down and inspected by agency. They don’t care how the food is made. They will throw things together and not care about your food. See the picture the sandwich is not toasted properly and the onion is not in the sandwich and was put in for toasting.

My first time visiting this location. It was early morning but the store is clean and the staff were busy stocking up baked goods and getting out drive-thru orders. There are tablets to place and pay for your order by the door. There are also cups there so you can get your beverage without waiting.

So they actually had the item I wanted this time. I had stopped going to Panera because they were often out of my order by time I ciukd get there to get it. It’s been many months. I finally catch it and when I get home to eat it it’s over cooked. I emailed them about my experience and of course I got no response. Cinnamon crunch bagels have now become a thing of the past forever for me, I won’t go back. The service was ridiculously slow and then to get burned bagels after almost 20 minutes of waiting…. I tried eating it and scraped the top of my mouth. The honey walnut cream cheese was good though. But on a plain bagel I had at home.

The kiosks to place your order were not wiped down. Food residue and finger prints lingered. My grilled cheese was not crispy and I wasn’t given a receipt. Food quality and cleanliness of this location was subpar at the time of my visit.
