The Workers were very nice. Great customer service. Food was hot and delicious. We also purchased a turkey for Thanksgiving. Happy they still had some available. The price was very reasonable.

I order two days ago and food was amazing , I got the spicy sandwich it was very good. Fresh and well done. Today I decided to order again through Uber eats as usual. And got if not one of the worst orders , food was burnt. All I got was bread and a dark, old and chewy tender , tried to eat ( only meal of the day so was very hungry) and 30 minutes after got me stomached vomiting , I only ate 1 of the 2 sandwich the other was thrown away.
And please whoever reply this. I don’t need your apologies, as not only me had issues please make sure your people do their job , it isn’t too difficult, one day you are going to get in trouble for selling not good and well prepared food. Everything matter and avoid yourself an issue , I’ll be reporting to health department regarding your poisonous food.

I do not recommend. Food was fast. Not a long line during the time I went, early evening. But my food, especially the beignets, were terribly prepared. It looks like they put sugar powder in then the beignets. Trifling.

I usually stop at this location before every Cowboys game and have for a couple of years now. Service is generally quick. Food comes out hot and fresh. I mainly always pick up chicken sandwiches because theirs are the best. However my last visit I picked up at 10-piece dark manager special for $7.99 and was pleased with everything that I received. By the way when I pick up chicken sandwiches it’s always seven because there’s seven of us.

I ordered a sandwich combo, one sandwich only, 5 tenders with fries, all I got was the sandwiches and fries but no tenders. I payed 33 dollars for that and yall didn’t even give me everything. We were passing by the Popeyes for some food. We live far away, we are not gonna return for the tenders because of the distance from our house to the Popeyes. Maybe we’ll come back tomorrow or some other day for the food you missed giving us and we don’t expect to pay for it. I have also called many times since you seem to have a number but don’t respond at all.

The absolute complete worse this is my 2nd time having problems with this restaurant. I ordered my food online only for me to get there open the bag up of food and it was old hard and stale asked him can I have it fresh he starts to tell me about the time they close and the time I ordered my food makes no sense if I ordered at 9:25 and the store doesn’t close til 11pm. I asked him for refund he tells me can’t refund me I told him I wasn’t leaving until he gave me my money back then they all act like they don’t speak English at all started talking to his coworkers in Spanish. After numerous times demanding my money because I wasn’t gonna eat old food he finally refunded me my money . This restaurant sucks because same

The manager on duty name was Mauricio gave me attitude and a hard time he should never be a manager or whatever he is on duty if he can’t treat customers with respect and barely speaks English smh.
