This is one of the worst Popeyes Louisiana Kitchens restaurants I ever tried. I wanted to try the family meal 8pc but got recommended to their new menu. Terrible portion and service. Came in for drive thru and tried their new $5 Fav menu and specially ask for fresh patch of chicken and would like to like. I was told by the counter all chicken are freshly made. I drove back home in minutes and found out they messed up the order. My family and I were very disappointed. See pictures show clearly one box is freshly made and one is dried and chicken is much darker or burnt. The mashed potatoes side was cold. Very disappointed. Need to improve your business model and delivery of consistency.

Nice people and quick to serve. Asked to see the difference in size of the chicken for a sandwich vs a tender trying to decide what and if I was willing to try this location. The tenders I most definitely wouldn’t order here. I could barely see any meat on them. Incredibly small and thin. Surprised you could even claim it a tender. The chicken is on the small side but the sandwich would end up a better deal than the tender dispite the fact that the 5 tenders supposedly should weight more than the sandwich chicken. ♀️ The classic chicken sandwich had a weight of 4.04oz for the meat and the chicken does cover the bread at this location.

It’s been a while since I’ve gone out of my way to get my favorite chicken sandwich. How was I to know when I show up that I couldn’t order the classic chicken at all?
All right, so I fall back to tenders and decide to try their new cheesy bites. Well, you can see what that got me in The Photos. I paid four dollars for this underfilled container of cheesy bites. My fries were also underfilled. And then let’s get the tenders. You can see how paltry they were as well. Some were fresh. Some were not.
And to finish off, I noticed that someone put the sweet tea in the unsweetened container and visa versa. Mentioned it to the guy behind the counter and just got a shrug.
Oh well, just need to remember that the store on Spring Creek and Coit is much more consistently good.

Ive gone to this location multiple times and have had a poor experience each time. Im either missing something or my order isn’t correct. This will be the last time I come to this location.
I try to have a calm conversation with the shift lead about my order and proceeds to tell me that they dont serve a popcorn shrimp. As someone who has ordered from this location multiple times, I have ordered it before without issue. Maybe he mean’t they dont have anymore but if that were true then they should have said that before charging me for it. Instead they gave me butterfly shrimp which only had a few pieces and charged me $7 for that meal. I wasnt going to sit there and argue with a kid. I went to another location, which I DID get my popcorn shrimp, and left their location happy.
No point coming to this spot since they can’t get anything correct the first time.

Been a while since I hit this Popeyes. Had a few less than stellar experiences but I was craving my NOLA fav.
Met Holly the Mgr and had a nice chat. Got fresh hot tenders and wings and if not for my idiot dog climbing on the counter I would have had a great meal. Dog left me a nibble so I’m back today. Arturo was working counter…Nice young man!

I went into the Allen tx Popeyes today I was greeted by the lovely workers, I asked for fresh chicken which they already had ready to go. The lobby was very clean for a restaurant that’s very busy. Overall a great experience will most definitely come visit again.

I have eaten at Popeyes several times at different locations. It’s always been good. This time I had the 5 pieces (1 big breast, 1 big thigh, 2 legs, and 1 wing) with red beans & rice, coleslaw, 2 biscuits, and a drink. It was all delicious. What made it even better was that I had a coupon for $9.99… and a senior discount! “I LOVE THAT CHICKEN FROM POPEYES!”

Holly took my order. I had some questions about my coupon for $5.49. Elijah answered all my questions. I visited with the manager Anna while I was waiting for my food. Everyone was very courteous, and professional. Great customer service! The food was delicious as always.

I did a mobile pick up order for my lunch today. Just got to work and the fries were cold & soggy & the chicken taste & looked like it had been sitting out for hours & they just threw it in my bag instead of providing fresh food. My pick up was at 1:45 I arrived at 1:48pm. So no way my food should look and taste like this. Unacceptable & I waste of my money & lunch.

I love Popeyes, but the two times I have come to this specific location in Allen they get the orders wrong. The first time they got all the classic sandwiches we had ordered wrong TWICE and we had to go in and ask for the correct order. The second time we asked for two classic sandwiches, no pickles and they still couldn’t get the order right. Very disappointed.
