Made an online order for 5 piece mixed. 1 wing 1 thigh 2 leg 1 breast. But I got 4 wings and a dried up breast instead. I was already home by the time I opened up my order.

We went through the drive-thru this evening. Placing the order was so smooth and it took very little time to have our food ready. They were so generous and helpful!

This place saved my life. I have been struggling and these kind workers were just the sweetest and they blessed me with the best Popeyes I’ve ever been too. They are just the sweetest. Synthia was jus the best she deserves a raise

Placed and online order and arrived around 10-15 minutes after. Still had to wait over 20 minutes once we arrived. The whole purpose of placing an online order is to avoid waiting. There was no line in the drive thru either. And the food wasn’t even hot once we got it; so what they were doing in there who knows. Wont be back to this location that’s for sure.

Everything was good your normal Popeyes but one thing that irritates me is a simple request not being heard. No pickle means no pickle ruined the whole sandwich. Oh and the strawberry biscuit was really good except when you got to the bottom where it was like pudding

Chicken great, staff lost my order & took 45 minutes total to get it figured out & ready. Still, if eating chicken on the bone, it’s one of the best! Also recommend their thanksgiving turkeys. Best I’ve eaten in years!

When I say extremely disappointed, I mean extremely disappointed. I haven’t visited Popeyes in a while, but things have changed. I attempted to scan my app code to earn points, but was unable to do so because they do not have a scanner. I mentioned that I order in person so I can get a choice as to what meats I get. So I get told I can choose my meats and then cannot choose to have 2 legs and a breast or a breast, thigh and leg, so what a waste. I do not eat wings but am forced to have one and then can’t even earn points on it. I am upset about the points, but I am even more upset about not being able to sub a wing for a leg or thigh, which up until now I have always been able to do. I hadn’t even touched the chicken but they refused to do because I just noticed upon picking up my tray. Guess KFC or Church’s Chicken for me. Extremely frustrated and disappointed.

Edit:
Just to show that I am not one of those people who eat and complain, I added a second photo with the completed meal with the wing still remaining. It a shame that they lost a customer over a leg or thigh, but customer service matters.

Haven’t gone here once without a single issue happening, always missing an item, no sauces, or just watered down drinks

Didn’t know they started selling dehydrated chicken, don’t know if the Great Depression caught up to the chickens too but these were literally only batter and bone, 5 tenders although you can’t really tell because it’s ALL batter not to mention the “chicken” inside it’s BROWN, I’m sure it takes 1 minute longer to make fresh tenders than refrying day old food.

Made a mobile order and arrived at the drive thru and gave them my name was told to pull to the window. Get there little girl asks again what did you order. I replied a mobile order and gave the name. She told me to pull up by the trash can and they will bring it out. 8 minutes and absolutely no cars coming through the drive thru. I back up to the window to ask for my order and there are two employees and a manager just standing there. One comes and opens the window and says what? I said I’ve been waiting for my food is was told to pull forward its been almost 10 minutes what is taking so long. No apologies for the waiting or confusion just walked away grabbed my food and handed it to me and closed the window. Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever had from a Popeyes!!!
