Monday morning at 11am with two people dining in and one person in the drive thru…and they messed my order up (no fries and wrong sauce). I didn’t realize until I got home 15min later and had to drive 15min back. And the tenders have a rubber texture, I’m not sure if that is quality issue of the fact that it took so long to finally be able to eat them.

I’ve eaten here every Sunday after church for over a year now. They’ve maintained a high level of service even as demand has increased. I highly recommend the blackened tenders and mashed potatoes for a high protein low calorie treat.

WOW! The Blacked Chicken Strips are so freaking good! They are made to order so you will have to wait a few extra minutes and they are worth it. Pair them with Cajun Fries and a Sweet Tea and you will be in heaven.

I read that Jeff had recently started working there and reviews and everyone’s experience shifted to excellent! I was super pleased to see Jeff working when he brought my food to me.

Last 3 times have been a nightmare used to eat here several times a week but the service and food accuracy has been next to zero. Ordered online got asked to pull forward after 25 minutes went inside and waited at the counter for another 10 minutes before being helped and was given cold undercooked chicken. Went today and got another wrong order done wasting my time and money at this location. Lunch or dinner no matter the time of day you can almost guarantee to wait and get some item wrong or missing.

Nice little place to stop and eat. This is one of the few places in Broken Arrow to go if your looking for a full, juicy, delicious chicken sandwich. The staff are friendly and fast. I may only be able to speak for myself but they usually always get the order right the first time. The same cant be said for other fast food chains in town.

The women taking order was rude and very short with me and the man in front of me. After taking my order she told me she would have my total at the window. When I got there she did not tell me the total and did not give me a receipt so I don’t even know if I was actually charge correctly. I ordered a large lemonade. I did not get a large lemonade. I also asked for a side of ranch I did not receive the ranch and I don’t know if I was charged for it.
All this to say, the food was still good. I just don’t know if I would recommend coming to this location.

They almost dropped my bag at the window and before I had time to even say thank you, they shut the window and walked away. My chicken sandwich was missing meat on half the sandwich. They forgot to give me my chicken wings and there is no number to call! Go at your own risk. I’m tired of having my money be stollen from me. When you keep part of my order and give me a chicken sandwich that is missing half the meat, you are stealing! Never again.

The manager Jeff was superb! His energy just from the drive thru was contagious and we had a great experience even with having to wait a few minutes for our wings to be fresh. But boy were they delicious too!
