This was my first time ordering through your app. When I arrived at the drive-through, the employee at the window stated that they did not have my order. I showed her my order in the app, after which she immediately instructed me to pull forward.
I waited over 10 minutes for my food. When the order was brought out, the drink was missing. The employee went back inside to retrieve it. While she was inside, I checked the bag and noticed that the BBQ sauce I ordered was not included. I informed her of this when she returned.
She went back inside again and then came back out and told me that I would have to go inside to get the BBQ sauce myself. I exited my vehicle and retrieved the sauce on my own.
Throughout this interaction, the employee was rude and unprofessional. The handling of the order, the missing items, and the customer service provided were unacceptable, especially for a first-time app experience.

Food was exelent!! Manager give us some free drinks because that guy who cooks the chicken was no keeping up with his work so we had to wait for our order. That guy sit down on a bucket to watch his phone. I still give them 4 start for the manager and food been good.

We placed an online order for the family meal at 4:19 pm on a Sunday afternoon. We knew we’d have to wait as it is a bigger order. What we didn’t know is that once we were pulled forward into a parking spot, the employees would forget about us. We decided at 4:45 to walk inside and see what was up. Well, they said “we gave it to someone else”. I showed my receipt and said I don’t care as I was the one who paid for this food. They continued to argue for like 4-5 minutes with me like I give a damn that they gave the food to the wrong person like it was my fault they gave the food away. Also well we sat the person in the drive though sat in the window. Listen to the other reviews and go to the many other chicken restaurants in town. We will never be back to this location or any other for that matter. The food is not good enough to feel like a criminal for wanting my darn food.

I recently visited popeyes chicken on NW Expressway and had an incredible experience. The chicken was absolutely delicious, perfectly seasoned, and cooked to perfection. Each bite was juicy and flavorful, making it one of the best chicken dishes from popeyes that I had in a long time.
The customer service was top-notch. The staff were friendly, the manager Ms. Sterling was very attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure I had a great dining experience. They were quick to address any needs or questions, and their positive attitude made the visit even more enjoyable.
Teamwork was clearly evident among the staff. Devon made sure to help me with lids and promptly restocked. Thank-you young man! They worked seamlessly together to ensure that everything ran smoothly, from taking orders to delivering food promptly. It was impressive to see such coordination and collaboration, which undoubtedly contributed to the overall excellent service which was also quick!
You can really tell they are trying to improve this location through hard work, perseverance, and great customer service!
Overall, I highly recommend popeyes on NW Expressway for their outstanding chicken, exceptional customer service, and impressive teamwork. It’s a place where you can expect high-quality food and a welcoming clean atmosphere.

I was hesitant at first looking at the reviews for this place but then I thought why not? I came here and the service was great! The lady at the front was incredibly sweet and I got my food within minutes. I tried the food and it was delicious and not cold. For those of you hesitant to eat here because of the reviews I would tell you don’t knock it till you try it. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I went to this location to purchase chicken..When I pulled up to the window. I was greeted by a non fluent speaking Spanish young lady. So because of the communication barrier, I pulled around to the window. I asked for 8 legs and was advised that she had legs and thighs. I asked her if the chicken was hot and she replied “yes.” I looked in the box and at the time, it didn’t look real fresh, because I was pressed for time I took the chicken. When I finally got where I was going,, I tried to eat the chicken, but it was unbearable. As a manager, or a human being, there is no way I would serve the chicken that was given to me to ANYONE! IF I HAD TIME I WOULD HAVE DRIVEN BACK TO THIS LOCATION TO GET A FULL REFUND! I AM EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED! SHAME ON MANAGEMENT FOR SERVING THIS OLD, STALE, CHICKEN TO ANYONE

This is undoubtedly the worst Popeyes in OKC. Service is horrible and there is always something wrong with an order or the food itself. I have lived in this area for 6 years and every-time I have tried to give this location a chance it has been awful. I have to drive to the Popeyes on May just to get decent Popeyes near me. It doesn’t help that this is the only Popeyes that’s in the heavily populated area on the expressway. This location should be shut down or get a whole new roster of staff.

Workers can’t understand English, so how are we supposed to order? Got a combo meal didn’t receive my side asked for extra sauce and offered to pay upfront because you know everyone be stingy about sauces now a days said they couldn’t give me extra sauce would literally rather drive all the way to another location over the 5 minute drive to the expressway location. yall definitely need new management and new workers
