They should just close this place down. The food and the service are possibly the worst in town. The tenders are dry and thin, the popcorn shrimp is a joke, they are crummy and hard. The tables are never serviced or wiped down. They’re so lazy the have a bucket with who knows what in it for customers to wipe down tables themselves. They dont have working bathrooms either. The food sits there on the warmers all day that’s why the chicken is dry and crusty. The mac idk what i was but boxed mac is better than this. Management should be ashamed of the food they serve. We paid $50 for straight up trash. No wonder Canne’s is always packed it’s way better than this trashy place.

This place always has terrible service in the evening didn’t expect to have bad service midday. Last time my Chicken was all burnt after waiting 15mins for my order. Today I ordered a bacon ghost pepper chicken sandwich and they just gave me a regular spicy. Don’t go here drive to your next popeyes

Please note I understand having a very long day. But after it was made incorrectly the one item that I had, I came back in and they spoke ill about me in Spanish as if I don’t understand. This has to be one of the worse location and management ever known to fast food. I been patient trying to deal with corporate customer service over emails and all for nothing. My receipt speaks for itself, charge for eight breasts and they decided to give me wings instead. I called immediately after getting home and spoke to associate. I told her exactly what happen and then she told me “we don’t do that” I said ok? Why did they charge me for it? And why didn’t they say that when I placed my order at the counter?
So I asked to speak to the manager on duty and she hung up on me. I didn’t call back, I didn’t drive back to restaurant. I simply emailed cooperate and tried to resolve through them. So here I am giving a full honest review and I would take all my stars back because they deserve absolutely Zero.

I’m upset bc not only did I order from the wrong Popeyes, but I did not receive everything I paid for! No one answers the phone!! Please respect people’s money! If whoever is running that store is not ensuring that their employees are doing their job then maybe they shouldn’t have that position. And if the employees don’t care, they shouldn’t be working in that line of work.

If it’s not one thing it’s another. They were out of the coleslaw which is a side they offer but it’s ok got something else. But got order wrong. I asked for 3 strawberry cheesecake pies and got only one and two apple cinnamon pies. Can’t eat cinnamon so was a waste of money. I tried calling but they don’t answer the phone just rings then gets cut off. Terrible!

Went through the drive-through, and I had to repeat a question like 3 times because she kept saying what? Last one with a bit of an attitude, my food was ready rigth away. But the biscuit tasted so weird and the inside was not done being cooked yet my son was so mad he threw it away as soon as he took a bite. It’s his favorite part of the meal.

Warning!! What a joke!! Chicken is too thin, looks anorexic & shrimp is miniature, small portion. Mistakenly overpaid. $8 each meal plus pay additional fee for a side. Very disappointed!! Rather cook my own!!! This franchise has changed & gotten Bad!!! Not sure because of location or terrible team. Never again, I’ll spend my money elsewhere & I know I won’t be the only angry customer!!! Don’t support because Popeyes don’t care!!! The food was dry. My chicken sandwich was basically a taste of chicken and all skin. Fries are suppose yo be hot. They were cold!

This Popeyes is terrible! From the managers to the food. The managers have terrible customer service. The employees always give old, black chicken. They have done this on too many occasions and have an attitude when you have to come back. Then they don’t apologize and don’t want to give you a fresh order. The only one who gives good customer service is one African American woman I’ve seen working there. The rest need to find other fields to work because they do not know anything about customer service or put any care into their work. They need all new staff.
