Today I was craving that juicy bone in chicken. I ordered a 4 piece and asked for 2 legs and 2 thighs. When I got it home, it was the traditional 4 piece..leg, wing, thigh and breast. This is the second time I came through and didn’t get what I asked for. Biscuits dont have that buttery taste like they should. Won’t be back.

Walk in to order employees chilling in the kitchen on their phone. Finally get someone to order…get this it’s 11:00 and hr after opening. Their chicken is frozen solid. Horrible wait staff and u shouldn’t be open if you don’t even have food and wanting people to wait 20-30 minutes to what’s supposed to be fast food. 2 people in there barely understood English much less. Do better. No wonder yall are always empty

I didn’t recieve any of my order and the total was $ charged to my card. Now this matter definitely needs to be resolved. First off the process that I have had to go through for a simple refund because YOUR store did not have the food to complete the order nor any reasonable substitutions is really tiresome. This process has shown me that I do not feel comfortable doing business with you if you can take my money and I have to fight so hard to get my money back when it’s only fair. Then to add insult to injury you offer me less than a full refund to my credit card, that doesn’t make me whole if I didn’t even get any food. I’m not asking for double indemnity, just what makes this fair.

Terrible customer service. The attendant was rude and dismissive from the moment I ordered. When I asked for ghost pepper (which they didn’t have), instead of simply saying it was unavailable, he said “we don’t have it, and if you don’t want classic, bye.” Completely unprofessional.
I also asked about the blueberry lemonade that is still being advertised outside the store. He said they didn’t have it. When I pointed out that the sign should be taken down, he responded that I could get out of my car and take it off myself. That is unacceptable behavior for any employee.
It’s not the lack of menu items that earned this one star , it’s the attitude. If you don’t want to deal with customers, you shouldn’t be working the drive-thru. Management seriously needs to address this.

This Popeyes is horrible just a bunch of nonchalant dudes standing around every time I come there. Customer service is a 1 out of 5. Every time I order sauce I’m getting charged for it but it’s never in the bag and to top it off they always claim “we don’t have any” never have hone, sweet heat heat or anything. If these dudes hate their jobs they should find something else to do

How are yall a chicken place when most of the time yall are out of chicken seriously every other time. Rather it’s wings or legs or breast. This is the worst location I swear! It doesn’t matter if it’s 11am, 12pm or 3pm. The other day I said, I’ll wait.They said it’ll be 7 minutes.It took a total of 15 minutes. Not to mention 2 months ago I decided okay, let me place an order.I live about 15 minutes away, It’ll be ready, and wouldn’t, you know, they didn’t have any wings or any legs ready and I had to wait for my wings and get thighs for my kid

The service was pretty good this visit. We got our food fast and the guys behind the counter were busy yet kept up with the visitors in the lobby. The place was clean and our orders were correct. They seem to have been short handed but the guy behind the counter was back and forth taking up the slack.

I called here with the tuesday 1.79 two piece chicken special in mind but once there decided to order two of their new spicy chicken sandwiches as well. The chicken breast of the sandwich was A-1 juicy, the texture, quality and flavor of the batter of it was A-1 as well. Nice bun and very fresh. Apparently they were out of pickle or forgot the pickle on the sandwiches and they only had a tad of sauce under the top but that could barely be tasted and was barely visible. I give the sandwich 3.5 stars something of it was lacking for me. I definitely enjoyed Wendy’s Chicken Asiago sandwiches a star more. The two piece chicken was 2 thighs instead of a thigh and leg and this was not run by me. One thigh wasn’t the best fresh. The drive thru associate didn’t have the best communication whatsoever. Waited a little over 10 mins, so not that bad, 10 mins is the max that I feel is not too bad a wait. They typically have a fun coupon offer on the back of the receipt that can be used once every 30 days for two free pieces of chicken and a biscuit with the purchase of a large drink and completion of an online survey. Their biscuits are really the best of all the chicken spots. 3 stars this call.
