I usually try to give fast food restaurants the benefit of the doubt, but this location either needs a serious revitalization or be closed down. They are seriously understaffed and the food is questionable. I once waited 45 minutes for a burger combo and there was only one employee cooking, taking orders, and working the front counter. Needless to say I politely left. It’s not the employees fault but at that point the place should’ve closed its doors. I’m not saying don’t go to this location but if you’re looking for “fast food”, this ain’t it chief.

Genuinely the worst “fast” food restaurant I’ve ever been to. The workers have absolutely no care for anything in the world other than receiving a paycheck for being there. 15 minutes just to get past the speaker and you’re greeted by dancing, laughing, joking, or texting on their phone when you get to the window. Another 30 minutes later and you finally get your food and are able to leave. Restaurant is in a horrible state and management needs to step it up and should be ashamed.

Where do I start?? The young guy at the register was completely cold and stoic, with no greeting or even a smile. I ordered a large McCafe mocha and 2 apple pies. After I left with my order and am driving down the road, I gently swirl my coffee and feel something “bumping” around?? I pull over and with a fork I pull out part of a machine?? How do they not know they are missing this?? Needless to say I didn’t drink anymore of that coffee. I have no idea when that part was last washed! I won’t be returning to that McDonalds.

I took this while sitting at “THE GATE” waiting for my food. It is exactly how they handed it to me. Try to let the company know, no action taken. Wait 5-6 months between visits but nothing changes.

Honestly I know this is futile and probably won’t even been seen but this McDonald’s by far has got to be the worst one I’ve ever went to . Anytime i go to the drive thru it’s a minimum of 20 min even with nobody in line . They always take at least 3 min to speak to you on the intercom and it’s always someone with the worst attitude. It has never been a good experience for me . I have also had employees stand with their backs to me while I’m waiting to pay or get my food .it’s honestly ridiculous
