Absolutely fantastic workers!! Me and my husband love this place and its people. We’ve eaten inside and gone through drive through. Both times every one was so respectful and helpful! Food is ALWAYS FRESH! we ordered 2 sandwiches and 3pc spicey. tenders, and got the sauce we added on the app!

All of the food was hot and fresh and the very 1st time I didn’t have to wait long to receive my order. Cashier was very polite and informative. She made sure that I knew of the additional costs before ringing the order up. Entire staff was nice. Absolutely no complaints

Today’s meal was fantastic. We had the two can dine deal. The chicken was fresh and perfectly spiced. Mashed potatoes were fresh and the beans and rice were delicious, not too thick. The biscuits warm and had perfect crumble. Keep up the good work.

I had given up on Popeyes, the food was greasy and simply not good. But! Change in manager and I gave it another try. It was delicious, drive-thru worker was great. So happy to enjoy it again.

I typically don’t have the best track record of getting timely service at Popeyes but at this location I was sincerely surprised. When I arrived and told them I was there to pick up an online order the manager informed me that the chicken tenders would be coming up in about 30 seconds. That alone was highly impressive as my past experience at other Popeyes location it’s a minimum 10 minute wait even if it’s ordered ahead of time. I didn’t catch the managers name but you could tell she was the boss and knew what needed to be done. She was extremely friendly and was very efficient in delegating task to her employees. Really wish I would have gotten her name but she was working on 8/02/2025 around 7pm and is fantastic at her job!

Something needs done ASAP about the food service, customer service, communication and the GM Erica. I had a messed up order from last week. I ordered the 12 pc chicken tender meal with two sides and four drinks. It was all wrong. I got spicy instead of regular which my wife and daughter can’t eat. The sides were wrong. All the way down to the drinks and the sauces. I called and spoke to a supervisor that evening. It was getting late and he said that he was sorry that they had quite a few new people working. I called after church tonight to get it fixed. The female supervisor stated she believed me due to the amount of new people that had been training. She told me to come on down and she’d have it ready for me. I get there and the GM Erica came to the window questioning me as if she thought I was lying. That’s not a great way to start off with your customers. I explained to her all over what had happened and that I had just talked with a female supervisor about it. She said well I’m the GM and she should have handed the phone to her. That’s not my fault. She then proceeded out and said she could replace half the order. I told her that wasn’t right and that it wasn’t my fault they couldn’t get an order right. She started walking away and said well I’m willing to do half. I considered that a slap in the face. She insulted my character! I didn’t appreciate it in the least bit. GM Erica doesn’t need to be in customer service of any kind. How we were treated tonight and talked to was way out of line. I’m attaching this same review to the corporate reviews, emailing the CEO and going to social media regarding this. I will not stop until something is done. I was the wrong person to question there character and be done this way.

You’re apparently not allowed to order an hour before they close. I ordered at 9:13 PM and waited over 10 minutes for my order at the drive-thru. When I pulled back around they informed me they had to turn back on all the equipment for me and that they were on a schedule to clean up, basically trying to shame me for ordering… They also forgot all of our sauce and gave us pieces of chicken that were inedible and needed to be thrown out hours ago.
