We placed an order for two popcorn shrimp and a large fry and they only gave us one box. When we then went back to get the other box and we’re cussed out by the employee. He would not even let the women who was taking orders to speak to us. Rude beyond words. We will not be going back.

I will start by saying I like Popeyes chicken and would prefer to eat it over other chicken restaurants. The problem I have with this specific location is service. The staff isn’t very helpful and sometimes they are downright rude. My daughter prefers 2 chicken legs with her 2 piece meal and every time we order it here they tell us it will be an 8-10 minute wait for 2 legs in a meal. I have not experienced this at another Popeyes location let along another chicken restaurant. Yes, I have had to wait for chicken to cook or something similar but seemingly being punished for a simple customization seems over the top.

Our food was wrong we we suppose to have 2 5pc strips 2 side 2 biscuit box git 4 pieces of whole chicken by the time I had to go back I ask them to remake my 2 loaded wraps since they were cold and very small so I took a pic of the ones I took back and the 2 the manager made me after having to go all the way back thanks for nothing Justin we won’t be back

They have the smallest pieces of chicken for their sandwiches. It only fills up half the bun. Plus they forgot two of our items. I’ll be going to KFC from now on.

The staff here not very nice or professional The manager sees employees not doing their job and he doesn’t say anything to them The young lady at the front counter stood there on her phone for a good minute before she asked how can I help you? This is the reason why jobs even though it’s just fast food is closing down nationwide because of horrible customer service, lack of accountability. It’s so sad.

I was highly dissatisfied with my food and this is the other location I decided to give a shot…food was hot but old, bland and chewy…Mac and cheese was tasteless and more melted but hard “cheese” that Sat in a container filled with oil, mashed potatoes and gravy were the only thing I could enjoy of my meal, the apple pie was decent but soon as you take a bite the filling is exploding from the other end and your left with a hand full of hot pie filling and only 2 napkins. I’ve tried to give them chances but it’s always this quality of food…I’d rather eat the hours old chicken from their competitor…and don’t bother trying to call corporate because you can NEVER get through to anyone…I’d avoid this place unless you just want a meal lacking flavor and freshness.

Order was wrong. They gave me regular tenders instead of spicy tenders. On top of that the food was not fresh. The chicken tasted rubbery and the fries were cold. Food should be fresh and hot. The order should be correct. Especially if its paid for. Workers should provide excellent service especially if they’re getting paid to do it.
