First off, Hot Springs is a strange place. There is some of the worst traffic I’ve been in in such a tiny place. 2nd, I first went to the drive through and waited about 10 minutes thinking that would be faster but gave up and went in and then waited about 5 minutes. I got the 2 can dine coupon , which is 5 pcs and 2 sides. The food came out ok. I ordered a side of gravy for $1 and it came in a tiny little cup, which is always hit or miss on the size or cost of gravy. There were trays and food left on the table and the staff didn’t really seem to want to be there. It’s crazy how long it takes to get your chicken at Popeyes when all they serve is chicken! That’s it, just fried chicken that takes forever to get. Oh and 5pcs chicken,2 biscuits with three packets of honey:(

Ordered a side of gravy with my online order and paid over a $1 for it and it was smaller than if I got a sauce cup for free and top of that the baby cup wasn’t even halfway full!!! My husband and two children waited over an hour for the food. When they got home most of the order was wrong or missing. Talked with general manager would not refund our money decided to go ahead and take the order it had been 1hour and 17 minutes. Called to let them know how most of the order was missing. This is horrible service and Popeyes you should be ashamed of how you treat your customers.

The level of incompetence at this location is mind blowing. Its such a simple job. Take an order properly, prepare an order properly, serve an order properly. It says a lot when they manage to get all three wrong. I ask for two, spicy #3’s. She rings me up and charges me for two 3 pieces combos. I correct them and say two spicey #3’s. They give me my order and its two #1’s. Amazing.

Went this evening through the drive through and ended up not even ordering. The young man in the drive through tonight has no business working directly with customers. If I order something, I order it because I want it and I assure you, I can afford it! He was very rude and argumentative so I left. Will not go back would not recommend.

My husband and I went today with my adult son and another couple. We had all ordered our food by about 12:30 today. We were told that they had just got a big doordash order. No problem. Most of us got our food within 10 minutes. The couple with us still didn’t have theirs about 15 minutes after we did. He asks about it, he gets the sorry we got a big order it will be a few more. It showed in que on the screen. He walks to the counter again about 10 minutes later, and was as if they just lost his order. The rest of us had finished our meals and they want to head home so he asks to just get his money back. At nearly 1:20 he finally gets his money back. Why on earth they didn’t quickly get his order together the first time he went up there is beyond me. No one else was having trouble getting their meal after paying. He wasn’t out of line, although he was pretty fed up by the time he asked for his money back. They could at least have given his refund, quickly, but they drug that out and we all had to wait another 15 minutes or more. This couple had never eaten at a Popeyes, and they went at our suggestion. Absolutely abysmal customer experience for that couple. For those of us that received our food, the food was fresh, hot and delicious, so they get 5 stars on the food.

Third time I have gone through drive through and asked for breast and wing dinner only to get home to find a thigh and a wing. I HATE THIGHS! But live too far out to go back to town. Won’t happen again, I promise you! Maybe you should have a class 101 on parts of a chicken.

I’ve been coming to this Popeyes location for about five months now, and my experience has always been positive. My chicken is consistently fresh and on time, and even when I’ve had to wait, the staff has always been kind, apologetic, and kept me informed.
I was shocked to read a review where someone openly admitted they felt “uncomfortable” and claims “reverse racism” but didn’t even place an order because of the number of Black people present. That is blatant racism. What’s even more disappointing is seeing the location owner offer free chicken to someone with such prejudice. That sends the wrong message—not just to that person, but to the hardworking team here who are most likely under a lot of pressure already .
These workers often covering multiple locations to keep up with the influx of orders while it’s been warm inside of this locations over this past summer when i asked the manager about it , she informed me that a/c hasn’t been repaired yet so if im hot then i know those workers are blazing . If waiting 15 minutes for fresh chicken during a rush is too much for you, maybe it’s time to cook at home. Expecting instant service while showing no respect for the staff—who are likely underpaid and stressed—is entitled and inconsiderate.
This team deserves patience and support, not rewards being handed out to people spreading discrimination bias.

This location will steal your money. My wife ordered on the Popeyes app, my meal did not come with a drink so I added one to the order. I arrive to pick up the order and receive only my wifes drink. When I asked about my drink I was shown a receipt by the manager showing my wifes order at $9.79 and mine at $6.00 without my drink. Simple math puts the sub total at $15.79 my subtotal on the receipt is $18.88. I’m not a math prodigy but there is a difference $3.09 which is the exact price of my large drink. The manager refused to listen and stated that she has no control of the app.
