First time coming to Chili’s, and it was wonderful!
The servers were very helpful and attentive to our table. The food was delicious. I ordered a Triple Dipper, and the fried mozzarella sticks were the best I’ve ever had a insane cheese pull! The chips and queso were delicious with a nice little kick from the jalapeños. The French fries were perfectly seasoned, and the sliders were delicious, complete with crispy bacon and a smoky flavor.
My mom had a bacon burger, and it was huge perfectly toasted buns, crispy bacon, a big juicy patty, and ooey-gooey cheese. My dad ordered a Big Smasher and loved it it was massive too!
As for the restaurant itself, it had a lovely atmosphere for a family restaurant. It was a little loud, but overall very clean and welcoming. The food is a bit pricey, but I spent a little over $50 for three people and still had plenty of leftovers to take home.
Overall, we had a great experience! Highly recommend bringing family here to eat!

Came here to celebrate our kids recent honor roll and was not disappointed. The service was on point and Jim took great care of us. The Cajun pasta was off the hook. We will definitely be adding this to our monthly outting

Me and my kids had the best time today. Kianna was my server and she anticipated all of my kids needs without me saying a word. She keep those blue lagoon’s coming! The food was quick and hot and all of the staff was super friendly from the time we walked in until the time we walked out. Great service

I don’t usually have a bad experience at this chilis but today I did a to go order, didn’t get a text that my food was ready like my email said, made it home finally and then my burger is undercooked. I live 25 minutes away and have two toddlers going back wasn’t an option my dinner got to be chips and salsa all for a low price of $30 after tip 😀

Before you step inside this Chili’s or any other, note the image from the BBB and the rating and WHY. If you have issues they do not care. If they stole your money and you did not get your food, they do NOT care. Be careful, the FTC, my bank, and a lawyer all said the same as the BBB. Personally Chili’s no longer exist to me, my friends or my family. And I will spread the word. Because you may not care about customers, but WE care about our money and good customer service. Chili’s and Brinker International do not deserve the 1 star I was forced to give them. The saddest part is, you are ripping off Veterans and their families. Smh.
I ordered online, waited 20 minutes past my time for pick up while the guy working focused on getting the orders for 4 delivery drivers first even when they came in behind me. I asked the guy twice about my food and he just kept giving me excuses and then focusing on the order for whatever driver walked in behind me to pick up an order. Its hard to sit there 20 minutes starving and watch them be more concerned with the delivery drivers who are getting paid to get the food and deliver it, while the actual customer who is paying them and not getting paid to wait is clearly not a priority to this Restaurant. When I finally got my food 20 minutes late it wasn’t even hot, barely warm actually. So I asked the manager to cancel my order, he did but I have to wait 5 to 10 business days to get my money back. And all I got other than waiting, hungry, and waiting again for my money back for something I did not get at all, was an apology. As a manager myself at a business, I would have offered to personally have them remake your meals and get then bagged myself HOT and quick or cancelled the order and given you a gift card for driving here after spending $50, waiting for 20 minutes and being given cold food, then having to waste more time and gas driving back home with nothing. I would like confirmation that my order was canceled and refunded since I have to wait 5 or 10 days for the money back. Never got an email, text or any kind of confirmation about the refund or cancelation of an order I did not get. Finally got a response…if you can call it that….5 days later. That is also posted below.

Chili’s in Jacksonville, North Carolina came through for us when we needed an easy, reliable takeout dinner. We placed a to go order with three steaks plus salads, and overall it was a solid experience from start to finish. Ordering was straightforward, and the staff handled everything efficiently, which is exactly what you want when you’re grabbing food to take home.
When we picked it up, the order was packed well and clearly labeled, so nothing was tossed around in the bags. The steaks were still warm when we got home, and they were cooked close to what we requested. They had that familiar Chili’s flavor seasoned, hearty, and satisfying especially for a takeout steak dinner. The portion sizes were good, and it felt like we got a full meal without having to dine in or wait around forever.
The salads were fresh and crisp, and they were a nice balance to the steaks. Everything tasted clean and put together properly, and we didn’t feel like the to go order was treated as an afterthought. Our server Billy was great!!! Very attentive and very sweet! I would definitely come back and request Billy as my server! Food was amazing better than eating McDonald’s lol. The price for everything seems about right for a sit down restaurant. Thank you billyyyyyyy, your amazing!

Stopped in for lunch. Food and drinks at the bar. Bartender was great. Food was good. They don’t offer a nachos option that the Mrs. preferred anymore, now it’s a loaded chicken bacon something or another, so that was a disappointment for her. Otherwise everything was good. Love the chips and salsa. Wish there was a packaged salsa at the store you could get or maybe even from the restaurant. I know you can get the salsa orders to go but I want something with a little more shelf life. Although maybe it wouldn’t be the same then, IDK.

My wife and I came here tonight for Valentine’s Day on 2/14/26. Place was very busy as expected but they got us in rather quickly. Once seated at our table we were greeted by our server Billy. Billy was a phenomenal server and went above and beyond to make sure we had the most pleasant experience for our occasion. We will definitely be back soon to see Billy and we would like him to be our server. I hope this review reaches him.

We were a large group of 15 and they only put 1 server with us. She placed the orders but did not make or bring us our food, her words as she informed when She had to fix the 8th thing that was wrong with orders in our party. We had everything from one persons order being forgotten, another’s food was overcooked and cold, one of our appetizers was cold and tasted sour, wrong sauces, no sauces, no drinks for 2 of our party, orders were placed to go after we ate that were brought out for here, and the last thing was they forgot to bring the birthday boys cake out that we had to pay for from them. We actually bought him a molten lava cake and they forgot to bring it out and sing him happy birthday! The server was clearly overwhelmed, she did the best she could til she didn’t. When we asked for thr last thing to be fixed she came back with a smart remark about how she just takes the orders but doesn’t make the food or bring it out. I asked to speak to the manager but he was absolutely no help! Iasked for an 800# and he gives me a website, so i looked one up. Then he sends the server back over to our table to split up the check! After her attitude, and 3 of us complaining separately to him he actually send her back over to deal with us. The tension and animosity was thick. She was so frustrated it took her over a half hour to split up the bills (ofcourse no one asked at the beginning how we were paying.) They actually thought we were going to split our own bill up on their kiosk! I have had sub par service there before but this is beyond poor! There seems to be absolutely no organization or accountability at the location, they just blame the other person…. server blames kitchen, kitchen blames runner, and the runner blames the server but no one is to blame in their eyes and yet the guest still gets messed up food, or service, and an awful experience! To have to actually pay for this is just disheartening. Chili’s you definitely need to do better! It’ll be a long time before I’ll go back to that location
