Their wait time in the drive-thru is eternity. Last 2 times, I ordered sweet tea and received UNsweet tea. Their remedy was to add a cup or two of granulated sugar to the cold drink. You are lucky if they aren’t out of every piece of chicken again.

I went to Popeyes in El Dorado, AR to get chicken, because it’s Popeyes and they are a chicken place. Tuesday night they were out of chicken sandwiches! So I went back the next day and they didn’t have any chicken sandwiches cooked and ready! Like they are surprised when people order the #1 thing on their menu! Twice in a row I’ve went there for a chicken sandwich and twice in a row I have been denied!
